DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a hollow viscose rayon flat yarn consisting of different regions with bubbles enclosed therein.

As shown in Figures 1-A, 1-B, and 1C, conventionally known hollow viscose rayon yarns are shown in longitudinal cross-sections of single yarns.
Yarn in which a large number of microbubbles of approximately 5 to 40 μm are completely enclosed (Figure 1-A) (hereinafter referred to as multi-cell yarn), diameter 7
There are threads in which bubbles of about 0 to 200 μm are enclosed in a single row chain (Fig. 1-B) (hereinafter referred to as arrayed cell-shadow thread) and straw-shaped cell-shaped threads (Fig. 1-C). , each has its advantages and disadvantages.

For example, multi-array cell yarn has high bulk and flexibility but lacks gloss, and array cell shadow yarn has considerable bulk and gloss, but lacks flexibility and the size and encapsulation state of the bubbles are inadequate. It tends to become uniform, and has the disadvantage that when it is made into textiles or potted items, the luster and color after dyeing tend to become uneven. Straw-shaped cellular yarn has excellent gloss, but the bubbles collapse and become extremely flat. Therefore, it lacks bulkiness.0 In order to overcome these drawbacks, there is a yarn made of two or more types of filaments with different bubble encapsulation states, but this yarn is Waves and loops are likely to occur due to differences in shrinkage rates due to drying and drying, and yarns are likely to break at the contact points of pre-processing devices such as looms, knitting machines, or rewinders.

Furthermore, since the color tone after dyeing varies depending on the type of filament used, there is a drawback that only a product with a so-called marbled tone can be obtained.

The hollow viscose rayon flat yarn of the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and is characterized in that the cross section of the single yarn consists of regions with different bubble-filled states.

Figures 2-H, I, and J are - arrayed cell type and non-cell type, 2nd-
Figures 2-L and 2-M are cross-sectional views of a single yarn consisting of regions with different bubble-enclosed states, such as multi-cell type and non-cell type. The thread is a single thread whose cross section has different regions with air bubbles enclosed in it, as described above.
When these are assembled into a single thread, the bulkiness, flexibility, glossiness, etc. of the various bubble-filled parts are combined, and it is not only an intermediate between the characteristics of each, but also a synergistic effect. When threaded, a texture and visual effect not seen in threads made of single fibers with single air bubbles encapsulated can be obtained, and if the combination is selected appropriately, silk-like, wool-like, or linen-like products can be obtained.

In addition, since it is composite, even if one type of bubble-enclosed state is uneven, it is covered by another type of uniform bubble-enclosed state, and unevenness in gloss and color of the obtained product can be minimized.

Furthermore, the advantage of this yarn is that since the single yarns are completely the same, it is made by collecting multiple yarns into one yarn, but due to the difference in elongation and shrinkage rate between the single yarns. web,
An example of the method for manufacturing the yarn of the present invention will be described in that no loops occur and there is almost no yarn cutting due to weaving, knitting, or winding pretreatment equipment.

To explain with reference to Figure 3-X, there is a rectangle whose long side length P is 2.5 times or more the short side length Q, and a circle whose diameter R is at least twice the length of the short side Q of the rectangle. A combination of shapes and shapes is required.

Figures 3-Y and 3-Z are also similar. Here, instead of being circular, a shape in which a circle with a diameter twice or more the length of the short side Q is inscribed may be used.

According to the study results of the inventors, there is a difference in the state of air bubbles enclosed in the yarn obtained from the hollow viscose discharged from the discharge hole of the spinneret between the rectangular portion and the circular portion of the discharge hole. Although the size of the bubbles differs depending on the viscose conditions and the spinning bath conditions, it has been found that the bubbles are large in the circular part and small in the rectangular part, but there are almost no bubbles.

As a result, if the shape of the discharge hole of the spinneret is as shown in Figure 3-X, the type of yarn in Figures 2-E, H, and Figure 3-Y is as shown in Figures 2-F, I, L, and 3-Z diagram 2-G, J, M
A yarn exhibiting the bubble-filled state shown in the figure is obtained.

Unique items are indicated with * in the table, but the difference between Groups H, I, and J from other groups is that the viscose has a low holate rot value, is highly viscous, is highly matured, and has a low spinning bath temperature. In the case of K, L, and M groups, the Q and R values are large compared to P due to the shape of the spinneret discharge hole (see Figure 3), and the H280 of the spinning bath! , Na
It is characterized by having a composition with a high 2SO4 concentration and a high bath temperature.

In either case, if the shape of the discharge hole of the spinneret used is out of the range described above, the area where the bubbles are enclosed will not be clear in the cross section of the single yarn. Therefore, it cannot be the thread of this invention.
