The present invention relates to a polyester composite microsa yarn having a soft touch and expressing a 4-tone effect, and a method for producing the same.

As a conventional technique for producing a polyester yarn expressing a 4-tone effect on a processed paper, two kinds of undrawn or semi-stretched polyester having a 2-tone effect are first opened as in Korean Patent Publication No. 93-10805. A method of passing a gentleman between a rotary gear and an uneven roller, a method of using a temperature difference of a roller, such as Korean Patent No. 92-10852, a method of air entanglement, such as Korean Patent No. 97-8867, and a Korean Patent No. 88-476 has been widely used by the method of using a heating rod and a movable guide (step 1 step), and then drawing them together in a draw twister or the like (step 2 step step).

However, since the manufacturing process is composed of two or more steps, a lot of product loss occurs and the manufacturing cost increases due to a complicated process. In addition, there is a problem to attach a complex equipment such as a rotary gear to cause non-uniform yarn.

Further, since two undrawn or semi-drawn yarns having different characteristics from one another are drawn together, the disproportionation agent of each yarn before each drawing is canceled with each other, causing a problem that the 4-tone effect is lowered.

It is an object of the present invention to produce a polyester composite posturesa expressing a good tactile and 4-tone effect on cheap paper while solving the problems of the prior arts by a simple method.

An object of the present invention is to provide a polyester composite attitude yarn having excellent soft and dry touch and expressing a good four-tone effect on processed paper. In addition, the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing the composite posture yarn with a simple equipment and a low manufacturing process cost.

The present invention relates to a polyester composite posture yarn having a mixture of conventional polyester monofilaments and catchon chlorinated polyester monofilaments and having a dispersant (U%) of 3 to 20%.

The present invention also relates to a method for producing a polyester composite posture yarn comprising the following steps.

(Iii) After the conventional polyester polymer and the catch-on-chlorinated polyester polymer are introduced into the composite spinning pack 1 through the respective inlets, they are transferred to the distribution plate 4 in the detention hole in the metal plate 5. 16 and 17 are distributed as a split hole (Hole) or as shown in FIG.

(Ii) emulsifying the spun yarn, drawing and heat-setting between the first roller (9, 10) and the second roller (11),

(Iii) After the entanglement treatment, the entanglement device 13 is wound up.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

First, the conventional polyester polymer and the catch-on-chlorinated polyester polymer are introduced into the composite spinning pack 1 through the respective inlets, and then the distribution plates 4 are used to hold the detention holes 16 in the capping plate 5. 17, the composite spinning while distributing to a hole (Hole) as shown in Figure 2 or a partition as shown in FIG.

Conventional polyesters are regular polyesters having an intrinsic viscosity of about 0.65. Cationic salt-resistant polyesters are copolymerized with about 5 to 15% of polyethylene glycol and / or dimethyl-5-sulfoisophthalate as a catch-on dye. It is also a copolyester which is easily dyed.

The ordinary polyester polymer and the catch-on-chlorinated polyester polymer introduced into the composite spinning pack are alternately distributed by the distribution plate 4 to the detention holes formed on the same concentric circles (same row) in the section of the detention plate as shown in FIG. 2. All of the detention holes formed in the even-numbered concentric circles (columns) are distributed to all of the detention holes formed in the odd-side concentric circles (columns) in the section of the plate as shown in FIG. Catchon salt-resistant polyester polymer is distributed (hereinafter referred to as "parallel distribution").

The present invention distributes a catch-on-chlorinated polyester polymer to all of the detention holes formed in the odd-numbered concentric circles (rows), and the ordinary polyester polymers to all of the detention holes formed in the remaining (even-numbered) concentric circles (rows). It involves doing.

At this time, the composition ratio (based on the fineness) of the two polymers is preferably adjusted to be a general polyester polymer: cationic salt-containing polyester polymer 1: 1 to 4: 1, but is controlled according to the strength of the overall fineness and the 4-tone effect. It may be. In general, when the catch-on salt polyester polymer is used too much, the 4-tone effect is excellent, but there is a problem in that the physical properties of the yarn are lowered.

In addition, it is preferable that the number ratio of the detention hole 16 for discharging the conventional polyester and the detention hole 17 for discharging the catch-on-chlorinated polyester is adjusted to 1: 1 to 2: 1. The shape of the cross section of the detention hole may be adjusted to a cross section such as a triangle, a circle, and a rectangle according to the characteristics of the final product.

The filament bundle thus radiated is oiled while passing through the finish oil roller 7 and the finish oil jet device 8 and through the migration device 8 for uniform dispersion of oil. It is preferable that the air pressure of the migration apparatus 8 shall be 0.5 kg-1.0 g / cm <2>. The filament passing through the migration device 8 is drawn and heat-set between the first high rollers 9 and 10 and the second high rollers 11.

Since the monofilaments composed of two different polymers are drawn at the same time, the dyeing effect on the processed paper will vary depending on the temperature of the first and second gourd rollers. The surface temperature of the first high rollers (9, 10) is 40 ~ 70 ℃, the surface temperature of the second high roller (11) is 80 ~ 110 ℃, it is preferable to adjust the draw ratio between them to 1.3 to 1.7 times. .

Next, in order to give the filament stretched and heat-fixed filaments, the air entanglement 13 is entangled in the winding bobbin 15. The air pressure at the time of air entanglement is preferably 0.5 ~ 2.0kg / ㎠. The filament bundle of the present invention is sufficiently mixed even when the air pressure is lower than that of the prior art because the two polymers are divided into a plurality of holes or a plurality of rows during the composite spinning.

The polyester composite posture of the present invention prepared as described above is mixed in a state in which monofilaments made of two kinds of polymers in the bundle are well dispersed. As a result, it produces a dry and soft touch when producing the processed paper, and also shows an excellent 4-tone effect (disinfection effect).

The polyester composite posture yarn of the present invention has a nonuniformity (U%) of 3 to 20%, and a cross-sectional variation rate of 50 to 90%. Moreover, the composition ratio (based on fineness) of normal polyester monofilament: cationic salt-resistant polyester monofilament is 1: 1-4: 1.

In the present invention, the yarn unevenness and the cross-sectional variation rate are measured by the following method.

(U%)Inhomogeneity (U%)

Measure with Worcester tester monitor. The measurement conditions shall be 8m / min of thread speed, twist Z 1.5, 1.5g / d of thread tension, rise time 1 minute, range 100%, and measurement mode normal (N). Three of the samples are randomly selected and measured under the above conditions, and their average value is obtained.

Measuring method: After molding in the direction of yarn cross section, make molding with paraffin oil. The molding is cut into a fiber axis cross section and scanned by an image analyzer to obtain the area and area deviation (CV%) of each monofilament.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples. However, the present invention is not limited only to the following examples.

A conventional polyester polymer having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.65 and a catchon chlorinated polyester polymer copolymerized with 7% of polyethylene glycol and 8% of dimethyl-5-sulfoisophthalate are introduced into the composite spray pack through separate inlets. After that, as shown in FIG. 2, the multi-filaments of 100 denier / 48 filaments are mixed and spun by the distribution plate. In this case, the ratio of the number of monofilaments of a conventional polyester polymer: cationic salt-containing polyester polymer is adjusted to 24:24, and the composition ratio (based on fineness) is adjusted to 3: 2.

After continually oiling the spun multifilament, the film was drawn 1.3 times between the first high roller with surface temperature of 51 ° C and the speed of 2005m / min and the second high roller with surface temperature of 95 ° C and speed of 2602m / min. Heat fix. Subsequently, after the entanglement treatment with an air pressure of 1.0kg / ㎠ in an air entanglement device and wound at a winding speed of 2580m / min to prepare a polyester composite posture yarn.

Weaving fabrics (9,600 total number of warp yarns) using the polyester composite posture yarn prepared as such as a weft yarn, and then dyeing and processing them in a conventional manner to produce a cheap processed paper. The results of evaluating the physical properties of the polyester composite mortar and salt paper thus prepared are shown in Table 3.

8Example 2-Example 8

Except for changing the manufacturing conditions such as monofilament number ratio, polymer composition ratio, polymer distribution type, and the like as shown in Table 1, a polyester composite attitude yarn is manufactured under the same process and conditions as in Example 1. The two kinds of yarns were prepared by separately spinning the conventional polyester polymer and the catch-on-chlorinable polymer as in Example 1 in each spinning apparatus, and then adjusting the number of monofilaments and the fineness ratio as shown in Table 2 above. A polyester composite posture yarn is manufactured by fusion of the yarn. Weaving the fabric (9600 copies of the total number of warp yarns) using the polyester composite posture yarn prepared as such as a warp yarn, and then dyeing and processing it in a conventional manner to produce a cheap paper. The results of evaluating the physical properties of the polyester composite mortar and salt paper thus prepared are shown in Table 3.
