Conventionally, when it is necessary to send an envelope containing a lot of information related to the addressee to a large number of people at once, an envelope cover sheet that is the same size as the envelope in the sending state (hereinafter referred to as standard size) is used. A form for enclosing, which is also smaller than the standard size, is placed between the bottom paper of the envelope and in a copyable state, and the overlapping periphery of these forms is sealed to form an envelope containing the form, and then the printing machine of the computer When printing with this, position the receipt on the top paper of the envelope,
Print the addressee and information related to the addressee from the front side of this receipt slip, copy and print the addressee on the top of the envelope and the information related to the addressee on the slip to create an envelope containing the information slip and send it. Was.

However, since the above-mentioned envelope containing the form is a standard size, if the address at the time of sending is printed within the area of the standard size, the remaining area is small, so it is necessary to copy and print enough information related to the address on the form for inclusion. Not only was it impossible to do so, but there was also no printing area for general information that was desired to be printed on the same side as information printed on copies, and there were limits to the use of envelopes containing forms with information printed on them when using computers, which was inconvenient. .

One way to solve this problem is to increase the number of sheets for inclusion and adopt a complicated copying configuration so that each sheet can be copied and printed, but the absolute area is limited due to the standard size. It was impossible to print a large amount of different information.

Therefore, if you want to send an envelope containing a form with a large amount of printed information printed on it, it is necessary to make the top envelope, the bottom sheet of the envelope, and the form for inclusion larger than the standard size, and the shape of the envelope must be made larger accordingly. Using such a large envelope had many inconveniences, such as not only making it difficult to handle when sending, but also doubling the shipping cost.

Therefore, if you want to enclose a form that is twice the size of the standard size, print the necessary information only on the form for inclusion and then enclose it in a standard size window-perforated envelope or in a separately addressed envelope. It was common to create envelopes with forms, but this required a lot of effort, was inefficient, and had many disadvantages.

Furthermore, it is possible to fold the envelope continuously from the folding perforations 2 and 2, and in the folded state, part or all of the envelope can be folded and placed inside, and the address writing part always appears on the outside of the envelope. In addition, envelopes with forms on which information is continuously printed can be easily obtained by simply applying adhesive conditions such as heat and pressure after information is printed, and can be made into a form that can be shipped immediately. When sending a large amount of different information to people, it is necessary to print information on a sheet of paper larger than a standard size. Even if you return a copy and still want to keep it, you can print the responder's name and name on the reply part of the reply postcard at the same time as writing the address, and even if you do this, you can print a sufficient amount of information on the same side. It is convenient, and it is very convenient for office notification work because you can freely choose the size of the form with information printed on it and the paper quality for the final size of the envelope, saving you the trouble of enclosing and sealing it. Moreover, it is very economical since materials and shipping costs are minimal.

1. A single form/envelope mount is divided into approximately three equal parts along the continuous direction of continuous form/envelope mounts that are continuous with respect to the arrangement direction of the marginal feeding holes provided on both sides of the mount. Two folding perforations are formed at positions where it can be folded into a two-character shape or an S-shape, and each form/envelope mount formed in this way has at least a vertical dimension between two sides orthogonal to the continuous direction. The width dimension in the direction orthogonal to the continuous direction is the same as the dimensions of each of the form/envelope mounts, and is less than or equal to 2/3 of the width of each of the form/envelope mounts, or is approximately the same size. , one sheet or two or more envelopes forming a form-containing envelope on which information is printed are stacked together with the form-cum-envelope mount and formed into a two-character or S-shape along the folding perforations of the two sides. In a normal state, it is adhered to the periphery where the form/envelope mount and the inclusion piece overlap in the folded state, the periphery where the form/envelope mount overlaps each other, and the periphery where the inclusions overlap. Although this is not the case, it is a continuous package with an adhesive that adheres by applying adhesive conditions such as heat and pressure, and a perforation for opening is provided around a predetermined periphery in the folded state. The addressee and desired information related to the addressee are printed on the surface of the envelope form set, and the surface of the form set with the address printed is exposed, and along the fold perforations on the two sides, it is shaped into a 2-character or S-shape. A method for producing an envelope containing a form with information printed thereon, characterized in that the envelope is folded, and then, in this folded state, the envelope is bonded by applying heat, pressure, etc., which are the bonding conditions of the adhesive.
