DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention separately constitutes an envelope form and a lower envelope paper piece, which are integrated with an envelope upper paper piece and an envelope inner paper piece on which variable information such as an output device of a computer is printed, This invention relates to a method for creating envelopes with printing information that improves the suitability of office processing and printing of envelope forms.

In recent years, with the development of computers, in order to perform various billing matters, receipt matters, and notification matters, notices are created using computer printing machines and sent to customers by mail. Envelope forms that incorporate a notification section are becoming more and more popular, and these envelope forms generally consist of an upper envelope piece, an inner envelope piece, and a lower envelope piece that are connected on a flat surface and have heat-sensitive heat-sensitive material in a predetermined part. Adhesive is applied in advance, and in order to create an envelope form, print desired variable information on a specified piece of paper using a printing machine in a flat state, and then fold it in a specified way. Therefore, while folding the envelope, adhesive conditions were applied and the envelope was sealed.

However, in the envelope making method described above, adhesive is applied to a predetermined part of the envelope form in advance, which not only restricts the folding method when folding it into an envelope, but also makes it difficult to fold the envelope. The number of folds of the envelope inner paper strip that connects with the envelope top paper strip is limited, and when the number of envelope inner paper strips is increased, the number of folds increases and becomes thicker, and the pre-applied adhesive completely wraps around the envelope. This caused the inconvenience of not being able to seal the paper with adhesive, and the inconvenience of not being able to meet the demands of various notification paperwork.
In addition, since adhesive is applied to the envelope forms in advance, if the envelope forms are stacked and stored, the adhesive may cause blocking, even though the adhesive does not adhere under normal conditions. When the printing machine continuously feeds and prints, several sheets of envelope forms may be glued together, or adhesive may adhere to the printing machine's platen or other contact parts, making it difficult to print smoothly. There were some inconveniences such as not having one.

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, in the present invention, an envelope form consisting of an envelope top sheet piece and an envelope inner sheet piece, which generally require printing, and an envelope bottom sheet piece, which does not necessarily require printing, are constructed separately. In addition to improving the feed characteristics of the printing machine without applying adhesive to envelope forms in advance, there are no restrictions on the number of pieces of paper inside the envelope or the folding method, making it suitable for various types of office processing. This invention provides a method for creating an envelope with printed information that allows the envelope to be easily obtained.

The envelope form 1 that requires printing of address, name, communication information, etc. and the lower envelope sheet 6 that does not necessarily require printing, which are used in the production of envelopes of the present invention, are shown in FIG. The envelope form 1 shown in FIG. The inner paper pieces 3' are connected to each other with fold lines 4 and 4' as boundaries, and there are opening perforations 5, on the side opposite to the fold line 4 of the upper paper piece 2 of the envelope, and on the upper and lower ends of each paper piece, respectively. 5', and the envelope bottom paper piece 6 shown in the opening of FIG. Along the inside of 7, open the envelope perforation 5 on the top paper piece 2 of the envelope.
, 5' are provided with opening perforations 9, 9', and if necessary, advertising information,
Guidance matters, notification matters, etc. are printed on the top paper piece 2 of the envelope.
is larger than the inner envelope piece 3 only on the side defined by the opening perforation 5, and this part is obtained by folding the envelope inner piece 3 along the fold line 4 to the back side of the envelope upper piece 2. There is a non-overlapping portion 10 that does not overlap, and the envelope inner paper piece 3 is larger in the left-right direction than the envelope inner paper piece 3'.

Note that the fold lines 4, 4', 7, and 7 may be indicated lines by printing, or may be weakened lines by embossing or partially perforated perforations. After printing the necessary information in the printing column a1 for address, name, etc. and the printing column b for information etc. on the envelope form 1 constructed as described above using a computer printing machine or a typewriter, etc., as shown in Fig. 2. As shown, fold the upper envelope piece 2 from the fold lines 4, 1 so that the printed field a is exposed, cut out the form transfer hole 11, and then fold the lower envelope piece 6 at the folded portions 8, 8.
An adhesive 12 that can be easily adhered in a normal state such as an emulsion mold is applied to the two sides except for the adhesive 12, and the portion of the form transfer hole 11 is cut out and the adhesive 12 is applied as shown in FIG. Non-overlapping part 10 on the back side of the envelope upper paper piece 2 of the envelope form 1 folded on top of the folded envelope lower paper piece 6
Then, glue the envelope inner paper piece 3 so that the sides on the fold line 4 side overlap, and then apply adhesive 12 of the same quality as the previous adhesive 12 to the folded parts 8, 8, which are the remaining two sides of the envelope bottom paper piece 6.
', and the bent part 8 is coated with adhesive 12'.
8 to the front side of the envelope top paper piece 2 from the folding lines 7, 7, and glue the folded parts 8, 8 and the envelope top paper piece 2,
The envelope 13 shown in FIG. 4A is prepared.

Further, in making the envelope of the present invention, adhesives 12, 12'
This can be done by applying an adhesive that adheres using heat, pressure, etc. to the bottom paper piece 6 of the envelope in advance, without applying it at the time of envelope creation, and then applying the adhesive conditions for the adhesive at the time of envelope creation to create an envelope. Alternatively, instead of forming a sealed envelope with four edges glued together, a partially opened envelope with three edges glued may be used, and after the desired contents have been sealed, the remaining edges may be glued.

To open the envelope 13 made according to the present invention as described above, the envelope 13 can be opened in an unsealed state as shown in FIG. 6 by separating the adhesive part along the three opening perforations 5, 5', 9, and 9' on the periphery of the envelope 13. , the contents written on the inner paper strips 3, 3' of the envelope can be easily seen.

As described above, according to the present invention, the envelope slip and the lower envelope slip consisting of the upper envelope paper piece and the inner envelope paper piece are constructed separately, and furthermore, it is necessary to apply adhesive to the envelope slip in advance. Because there is no problem during stacking and storage of envelope forms and feeding in the printing machine, not only is the storage suitability and feed suitability good, but even if the size of the paper inside the envelope is larger or smaller than the top paper of the envelope, the top paper of the envelope will not be affected. All you have to do is fold it so that it does not overlap the non-overlapping part on the back side of the
It can be adapted to various folding machines, can be designed freely without being restricted by the design of envelope forms, and can be printed on a large area, making it convenient for various types of business processing. In addition, there is no need to glue all the gaps around each piece of paper folded and stacked on top of each other as in the past, and there are
The seal can be easily and reliably sealed by adhesion only at the point of force, and since the non-overlapping portion of the top paper piece of the envelope is glued to one side of the bottom paper piece of the envelope, it is easy to open the envelope. The envelope can be easily opened by simply separating two sheets of paper.
