Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the loss of air-flow rate of an air conditioner, by disposing a vertically deflecting vane plate utilizing the Coanda effect adjacently of a fixed guide plate in the manner that it can be turned pivotally, so that the direction of discharge air can be changed smoothly over a large angle in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:During space-heating operation, a vertically deflecting vane plate 14 is turned vertically, while the horizontal direction of warm air supplied from a lateral-flow fan 4 is determined by horizontally deflecting vanes 12, so that the warm air is discharged substantially in a downward direction by the function of a fixed guide plate 10 and the vertical deflector plate 14 disposed adjacently of the fixed guide plate 10. Here, both of the fixed guide plate 10 and the vertical deflector plate 14 are designed to have an aerofoil section, so that warm air can be discharged without resistance and smoothly by the aid of the Coanda effect. In space-cooling operation, on the other hand, the vertical deflector plate 14 is turned to a substantially horizontal position, so that cool air is discharged substantially in a horizontal direction, guided by the fixed guide plate 10 and the vane plate 14 by the Coanda effect.

In an air conditioner equipped with a heat pump type refrigeration cycle, it is possible to switch between cooling and heating operation. By switching the direction of the blowing air along with this operation switching, effective air conditioning can be achieved. In Thailand, the unit is divided into an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and the indoor unit is attached to the upper part of the wall of the room. During cooling operation, cold air is directed to the horizontal blades and mosses, and during heating operation, warm air is blown out directly below. It is preferable to do so.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to attach vertically deflecting vanes utilizing the so-called coamme effect to a fixed guy and P plate so that they can rotate freely. The purpose of this invention is to provide an air conditioner that can largely change the angle of the vertical airflow while suppressing air volume inertia.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a heat pump type air conditioner body equipped with a wind direction guide device e). Inside the main body 1, a heat exchanger 2 is disposed on the front side, and a flake tray 3 is attached to the lower part of the heat exchanger 2. A cross-flow 7-an 4, which is an air blowing source, is arranged opposite the heat exchanger 2. 6 A 1 which is provided at a predetermined interval from the casing, the crossflow 7 and the drain tray 3, and forms a ventilation passage between them.
The end portion of the ventilation passage 6o is an air outlet 1 that opens obliquely to the lower jaw on the front side of the main body 1. The ventilation passage 6 is formed so that its cross-sectional area gradually becomes a hole toward the outlet 1, and is not narrowed in the middle.Furthermore, in the figure of the outlet 10, the lower end has a cross section of half @1011I/wI@degree curvature. A mourning grill frame 8 is provided and forms a so-called funda surface. The grill frame 1 has support legs 9 . Mounting holes 11 are formed in the grill frame 8 and the fixed guide frame 10, facing each other and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance. e. The pivot pins JJa- provided on the left and right deflection vanes 12--, which have escape notches for the fixed guide plate 10, are elastically and rotatably fitted into these mounting holes 11--. match. Furthermore, each left and right deflection blade plate JJ-d is connected by a connecting rod 1j, and if one blade plate 12 is energized by surrounding movement, all 0 blades 41
1: JJ- is linked. Above fixed guide [J
is rotatably supported. In other words, the vertical deflection blade plate 14 has its end on the side of the fixed guide plate io on both sides of the air outlet OF, and the upper end of the air outlet r on the leading edge Fa. 9. For example, during heating operation, the upper and lower deflection vanes 14 are displaced in the vertical direction as shown in the figure.
When the left and right deflection blades 12 determine the amount of meat being blown out on the left and right sides, the warm air is directed directly below through the constant guide plate 10 and the upper and lower deflection blades 14 adjacent thereto. It's blown out. Since the fixed guide plate 10 and the upper and lower uneven thickness blade plates 14 have extremely small air resistance coefficients, hot air is blown out smoothly without any problems, but also under the influence of the core effect. By the way, as shown by the large arrow in the figure, the fixed guide plate 10 and the main flow of air guided between the upper and lower deflection blades 14 and the grill frame 1 are connected to the fixed guide plate 1# and the small arrow shown by the small arrow. The air outlet guided between the upper and lower deflection vanes 14 and the leading edge portion 1a is guided, merges with the main air outlet, and receives air from the air outlet FKrI@
Since the cross-sectional area is gradually increased, there is no loss of air volume.

Further, during cooling operation, the upper and lower deflection vanes 14 are displaced by one movement in one horizontal direction as shown by the two-dot chain line. The cold air is guided by the fixed guy IF, 1117- and the upper and lower deflection blades 14; almost horizontally according to the Ann effect! It's blown out. Compared to these inner KID warm OIC output bows, it is possible to suppress the air volume to a very small level. ' Above e1. @I、、、。 。 。 。 。 。 。 。
F&F is placed on the blowout side end of the O fixed guide rho. Utilizing this, it is possible to smoothly switch the air flow in the vertical direction, and it also has the effect of reducing ventilation resistance and rounding air volume loss.
