イパスバルブを駆動するアクチュエータを備えた過給機
において、圧力導入室を二つ有するアクチュエータに係
り、ベローズによす、一方ハロンド外径と弾性変形によ
って密着し、他方はアクチュエータのスプリングのセッ
ト荷重により面シールを行なう構造としたことを特徴と
