ダイヤフラムが変位し、前記・ウェストゲートバルブを
開弁位―に保持するウエストゲートバルブアクチュ°
エータに於いて、前記スプリングの材質に形状記憶合金
を使用し、該形状記憶合金から成るスプリングの温度特
性が、設定温度以下では取付荷重が小となり設定温度以
上では取付荷重が大となることを特徴とするウェストゲ
