前記本体の下部とロツドとの間に間隙を有するア
クチユエータにおいて、前記ロツドにシール部材
を設け、このシール部材は前記バタフライバルブ
の閉塞時に前記間隙を閉塞するようにしたことを
特徴とするアクチユエータ。 (2) 前記シール部材は傘状をなし、前記本体の
内側に位置しているロツドの部分に設けられてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のアクチユ
エータ。 (3) 前記シール部材は傘状をなし、前記本体の
外側に突出しているロツドの部分に設けられてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のアクチユ
