In the former case, the rear part of the engaged female connector 2 is held by the clamping part 1.
-a has a structure in which it is clamped and fixed, and if both connectors are connected and fixed with clamping part 1-a, a complete connection can be obtained, but the structure is complicated, the cost is high, and the width of the connector itself is wide. In today's world, where high-density packaging is required as devices become faster, their practicality is limited.

In the latter case, too, the width becomes too wide and it lacks practicality.

Currently, this connector is very practical when considering cost and connector width for high-density mounting, but as shown in Figure 3, pins and connector contacts can be damaged due to incorrect insertion or vertical tilting. There are some drawbacks.

The connector of the present invention is arranged at positions on both sides of an insertion passage for a printed board, a connector part attached to the printed board, and a cable connector attached to the printed board and engaged with the connector part, and the cable connector is inserted into the printed board. It is composed of a cylindrical member that serves as a guide.

次に本考案について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of the connector guide 4 of the present invention mounted on a printed circuit board 5 having a female connector 2 and a signal transmission cable 7. The projections 4-a of the connector guide are inserted into the insertion holes 6 provided at both ends of the connector guide 4, and can be fixed by many methods such as heat welding, eyelets, screws, etc. depending on the material of the connector guide 4.

FIG. 6 is a state diagram when the male connector 3 mounted on the motherboard 9 and the female connector 2 mounted on the printed board 5 are mated, and the connector guide 4 is connected to the mating male connector. It holds the type connector 3.

Note that as long as the connector guide 4 is in a position to sandwich the mating connector, it goes without saying that the same structure can be obtained even if it is mounted on the motherboard 9 side.

From the above, by using the connector guide of the present invention, the connector guide acts as a stopper to prevent incorrect insertion, and even if the connector guide is made cylindrical and the insertion hole of the printed board is larger than the outer diameter of the protruding part of the connector guide. If the connector guide 4 is designed to rotate freely, it can be easily inserted without damaging the pins or contacts of the connector, and both the male and female connectors are completely sandwiched between the printed circuit board 5 and the motherboard 9, and are tilted vertically. Furthermore, connector guides at both ends prevent tilting to the left or right, resulting in stable mounting and improved operability.
