    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ガス通路２に排気微粒子の捕集装置３を備えたディ
    ーゼルエンジンにおいて、排気ガス通路の前記捕集装置
    をバイパスするバイパス通路４及び切換弁５を設け、エ
    ンジンの全出力時又はこれに近い運転状態の時、排気ガ
    スを前記バイパス通路を介して排出させるようにしたこ
    とを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの排気微粒子除去装
    置。
