However, such lap joints have the drawback that in areas where the reinforcing bars have complicated directions, the number of overlaps increases dramatically, resulting in poor circulation of the poured concrete, or inconvenience in the installation of anchor ports in foundation work. be. In particular, as shown in Figure 1, unit reinforcing bars Qa) Qb) Qc) Q
d) If the distance between each corner (2) (3) is short, both corners (2) (3) will have slightly bent reinforcing bars (4) (5), and (2) (3)
The reinforcing bars (6) connecting between the reinforcing bars overlap in three layers, and such triple overlapping portions extend over multiple stages above and below, and the overlapping portions of the reinforcing bars increase more and more. One way to solve this problem is to use butt joints instead of lap joints, for example, to fill the joint pipe with cement paste and connect it.
This method has a practical problem in that the strength is extremely reduced. Furthermore, a different method may be to fill with epoxy resin, but such epoxy resin is easily affected by temperature changes and not only does not have sufficient strength, but is also expensive and harmful. This has the disadvantage that working conditions become worse.

Moreover, even when a butt joint is used in this way, the aim is to provide a joint construction method that is much stronger than the conventional method. This method is characterized in that the fitting is coated with a metal fitting, and the interior of the fitting is filled with an expandable filler.

1) (II) and the joint fitting α are 3000t/772
This means that the joint structure is tightened with a force of . The inventor of the present invention conducted a tensile strength test when the expandable fillers (1 and 3) were connected using the above-mentioned plyster, and compared this with the case where a cement paste filler/agent was used. For example, one using an expandable filler (13) has a tensile yield strength of about 5.0
In contrast to OOK'il, a tensile strength of only about 1,200 kg was obtained using cement paste, and a much higher bonding strength was obtained with the present invention.

It is something that can be done.

A concrete structure with less damage is obtained, and the beam performance is significantly increased by integrating each reinforcing bar. Furthermore, the expandable filler used in the present invention is less expensive than epoxy resins, etc., is less affected by temperature changes, always provides stable strength, and is not harmful. Does not make working conditions worse.
