Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a comfortable heating, by arranging such that a surface heating element to be adhered on the reverse side of a heat conductive plate provided at the titled panel surface is separated into a plurality of pieces, and such a plurarity of pieces of heating elements is adhered thereon with spaces beween them. CONSTITUTION:A floor heating panel comprises a heat conductive member A made of an iron plate and the like having a surface heating element 1 adhered to a reverse side thereof and a back plate B made of a water-proof thickened board adapted to be integrally formed via a heat insulation material C with the reverse side. The panel also has its circumference coated by a side plate 2 made of an aluminum and the like profile. In this case, the surface heating element 1 is separated into a plurality of pieces (four pieces in the illustration) and each piece is adhered to the heat conductive member A with a space therebetween. Moreover, each of the separated heating pieces 1a-1d has a nailing opening D defined in a spaced portion 12 thereof, the nailing opening D being made to extend through the panel and thereby permitting a nail to penetrate therethrough and secure the panel on the floor. Each of heating elements 1a-1d is enabled to be energized by a lead wire 6 wired via a binding wire corner box 3.

Conventional indoor heating uses stoves and UK heaters, but since the indoor air is warmed by the convection phenomenon, the temperature distribution creates a heating and cooling layer with high temperatures at the ceiling and low temperatures at the floor. There were cases where it was necessary to stir the mixture, which required extra costs.

Furthermore, in place of the car-cut system, a floor heating panel with a built-in heating element is constructed, and this floor heating panel is attached to the floor surface, and the heating element is affixed to the floor surface. There is also a method of heating the room by applying electricity to the body and using the radiant heat generated by the heat generated, but seven heating elements are used on the back of the face plate of the floor heating panel. Therefore, if the automatic temperature controller that regulates the heat generated by this heating element malfunctions for some reason, the entire heating element becomes unable to generate heat and is inconveniently unable to perform its function.

The spaces between the four planar heating elements 1a, Fb, lc, and ld are for floor heating where the planar heating element 1 is not attached to the back surface of the heat conduction plate A, as shown in FIG.・The S panel has nail holes that penetrate this floor heating panel.
As shown in FIG. 4, it is fixed to the floor using a fixing device such as a nail 11. Since this die hole does not penetrate through the ground heating element 1 as described above, the periphery of the nail hole is covered with an insulating diode to prevent contact between the sheet heating element 1 and the nail 11. It is not necessary. Also, conventionally, needle holes were drilled in underfloor heating panels7.
According to the present invention, this risk has been eliminated. , multiple sheet heating elements at the same time +1fj%
I separated it and attached it to the back of the heat conduction plate, so

Furthermore, since it is possible to provide a nail hole by penetrating the space between the sheet heating elements where no sheet heating element is placed, there is no need to cover the periphery of the nail hole with an insulating material, which eliminates the need for extra steps. There is no need to spend money on it along with the waste.3゜Also for floor heating. The flannel 4 and 11 (l-f) have nail holes, so you can drive nails into the surface of the flannel for underfloor heating like conventional ones [compared to the -7-king of the flannel 1iffi. You can rest assured that there is no risk of the mark showing where the nail should be driven to disappear.
