Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain firm fixation and eliminate the need for an expensive sliver and copper braze by using a mechanical fixation structure such as caulking and screwing without using a metal brazing material for the connection of the vane of an anode to an antenna. CONSTITUTION:An antenna 1 that guides a generated microwave outside a tube is connected to an arbitrary single vane of a number of vanes 3 that form a cavity resonator as an anode 2. In this case, to make the antenna 1 adhere to the vane, the antenna is fit in the groove of a trapezoid shown by the dotted lines of the vane 2 and is caulked forcedly and then the end of the antenna 1 is deformed as if it were fit in the groove mold of a trapezoid. The film fixation that will not move against the force in every directions such as forward and backward, vertical, and horizontal can be obtained by such a built-in method.

Conventionally, a structure for fixing a non-antenna and a vane in a magnetron has been known, such as Utility Model Application No. 53-51169, but in this case, the groove provided in the vane was simply formed in a plow-shape, and the structure shown in Fig. 1 was As shown, if the vane is fixed with a wedge-shaped dent, it will come off when the antenna is pulled lightly. In the figure, 1 is an antenna, 2
is an anode, and 3 is a vane. Therefore, it could not be said to be firmly fixed, and in reality it was necessary to add silver-copper solder to secure it.

As a mechanical fixing structure, in addition to screwing, caulking is generally popular, but in the past, brazing was more common in magnetrons. The present invention is designed to improve the shape of the grooves in the vane. FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 denotes an antenna that guides the generated i-microwave to the outside of the tube, and the anode 2 is connected to any one of the plurality of vanes 3 forming a cavity resonator, and the other end is omitted in the figure. There is. Here, before being incorporated into the antenna vane 1, it has the shape shown in Figure 3, and the K, which is fixed as shown in Figure 2, is inserted into the trapezoidal groove shown by the dotted line in the vane 2. The end of the antenna 1 is deformed by forcibly crimping in the direction shown by the arrow in FIG. 3, so that it looks as if it were fitted into a trapezoidal groove. This method of assembly provides a firm fixation that does not move against forces in all directions, front, back, top, bottom, left, and right. Since mechanical fixing is used in this way, expensive silver-copper brazing materials and the like are not required. Similarly, as a mechanical fixing method, as shown in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, reliable fixation can also be obtained by providing a female screw on the vane 3 and a male screw on the antenna 1.

In this way, according to the present invention, the antenna and vane are fixed by a mechanical fixing method, which eliminates the need for expensive silver-copper solder, and also allows the anode of the magnetron to be changed from a general steel material to aluminum or the like. When trying to reduce material costs, it is possible to provide an inexpensive anode for materials such as aluminum, which is difficult to bond.
