った時に抜けてしまう。図において、1はアンテナ、2
は陽極、3はベインである。したがって、強固な固定と

ンの溝形状を工夫することを考えたものである、
第2図に本発明の一実施例を示す。1は発生したiイク
ロ波を管外へ導出するアンテナで、陽極2として空胴共
振器を形成している複数枚のベイン3の任意の1枚に連
結され、その他端は図では省略している。ここにおいて
、アンテナ1けベインに組込まれる前は第3図で示され
るような形状をしており、第2図のように固着するKは
、ベイン2の点線で示す台形の溝にはめ込んで第3図の
矢印で示した方向より強制的Kかしめてアンテナ1の端
を変形させてあたかも台形の溝型にはめたような形とす
る。このような組込み方法によって、前後上下左右あら
ゆる方向の力に対して動くことのない強固な固定が得ら
れる。このように機械的な固着手段によるので高価な銀
銅ろう材などが不要になる。また、同様に機械的な固定
方法として、第4図の実施例で示すように、ベイン3に
雌ネジ、アンテナ1に雄ネジを設けてネジ止めとするこ
