Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid such inconveniences as the half-dropout, ommission and the like by providing the concavity to one end face of the antenna lead wire to secure calking at the vane and then giving interference of the edge-dam caused by calking to the concavity part in order to fix tentatively the antenna lead wire to the vane.
CONSTITUTION: Concavity 17a for edge-dam featuring depth t and width W to plate thickness T of antenna lead wire 17 is provided to one end face to be uses as the mounting part of vane 1a. At the same time, concavity 17b is inserted to the end face of vane 1a, and the calking is given to form calking pressure flaw 15 near 17b. Then the interference is given to 17a of vane 1a caused by the calking in order to give the tentative fixing to wire 17. In such way, such inconveniences can be avoided as the half-dropout, ommision, etc. of wire 17 which are caused after the tentative fixing of wire 17. As a result, the reliability and the yield can be enhanced for assembling with reduction of the cost.
