In conventional aluminum-copper composite plate compression terminals, the composite plate is fastened to an aluminum terminal plate with screws. However, the composite plate has a relatively thin wall thickness, and therefore the screw holes are shallow and only a few spiral grooves can be formed. For this reason, stable bonding to the aluminum terminal board cannot be obtained and it is difficult to break off due to external force.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional compression terminals, and provides a composite plate type compression terminal that has stable bonding strength with composite plates and is relatively easy and inexpensive to manufacture without reducing electrical efficiency. The purpose is to provide terminals.

In Figures 3 and 4, the composite plate 2 is an aluminum plate 2
A and a copper plate 2b are polymerized and fixed by cold pressure welding or other methods, and grooves are cut on both sides of the aluminum plate 2a. This composite plate is aluminum plate 2a
The notch groove can be superimposed on the terminal plate so as to be adjacent to the inside of the protruding piece 1b.

The compression terminal plate of the present invention is constructed by combining the aluminum terminal plate 1 and the composite plate 2. That is, a compound is applied between the aluminum terminal plate 1 and the composite plate 2, and the composite plate 2 is coated with the aluminum terminal so that the notch grooves of the aluminum plate 2a are adjacent to the inside of the protruding piece 1b, as shown in FIG. Plate 1 is polymerized. At this time,
Since the protrusions 1b on both sides are inclined inward in advance, they are dovetail-grooved to the notch grooves in the aluminum plate and can be temporarily fastened to the composite plate 2. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the protruding piece 1b is bent inward, and the notch groove of the composite plate 2 is held by the protruding piece 1b. An insertion hole H for a coupling bolt is drilled in the thus integrated structure using a drill.

Regarding the structure for fixing a composite board to an aluminum terminal board, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-19822 is known, but it was devised to attach a composite board made of aluminum on one side and plated copper on the other side to the terminal board without making mistakes. It is. The terminal board and composite board become one body only after they are bolted to the device. In contrast, in the present invention, the terminal board and the composite board are temporarily fixed together before being attached to the device, making process control convenient. Since the composite board has cutout grooves in the aluminum plate that makes up the composite board, there is no risk of turning it upside down when applying it to the terminal board. Since screws are not used to temporarily fasten the composite board and the terminal board, the thickness of the composite board can be reduced and materials can be saved. The above are the features of the present invention.
