PURPOSE:To contemplate stabilization of oil supply by inserting a twist plate into an oil supply piece secured to an end of a drive shaft and setting the distance between the end of the twist plate and the oil supply piece to not more than a half of the inner diameter of the oil supply piece, thus pumping up lubricating oil by a centrifugal pumping action. CONSTITUTION:The end portion of a twist plate 2' is inserted in an oil supply piece 3' secured to an end of a drive shaft 1'. Even when an oil level 4 is lowered under the drive shaft 1', lubricating oil may be pumped up by a centrifugal pumping action and supplied to machine parts.
