々の生活にとシ必須の嗜好品であシ、かつ、甘味の請求
は人にとって強烈であシ、甘味への満足感を出来るだけ
充たしたいという請求社どうしても抑えることができな
い。この相反する問題を解決する九めに、従来、幾多の
人工甘味料が開発されたが、どうしても、天然の?糖に
はその嗜好、風味等が劣シ、かつ、これらのもの紘纏類
でないため、健康保持上は無益のものであった。

精製される物質で、次の構造を有しているステビオール
