Claims (1)
- トランジスタのベースバイアスを０ＮＩＯＦＦすること
により該トランジスタを導通、非導通として負荷に電流
を供給する電源回路において、前記トランジスタのベー
スにツェナーダイオードを挿入することによりスイッチ
ングとともに定電圧作用を行わせることを特徴とする電
源回路。
