Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare the titled building panel excellent in water resistance and heat resistance without generating cracks, by a method wherein a transparent synthetic resin film molded under vacuum is brought into close contact with the bottom surface of a mold and an inorg. material and foamable synthetic resin are poured onto said film. CONSTITUTION:A transparent synthetic resin film 3 is molded under vacuum in an open topped mold 1 having uneven pattern provided to the bottom surface thereof and an inorg. material such as cement having about 20% water soluble resin mixed therein is cast onto said film 3 and cured to form an inorg. layer 5 having the uneven pattern coincided with that of the film 3 formed to the back surface side thereof and a flat surface formed to the front surface side thereof. In the next step, foamable synthetic resin 6 is poured onto the inorg. layer 5 while a backing sheet is superposed to the flange 9 provided to the peripheral flange part of the film 3 to close the opening of the mold 1 and the sheet 8 is pressed by an upper lid 11 to foam and cure the resin 6 to form a foam layer 7.

In general, inorganic materials such as gypsum, cement, and water glass are widely used as building materials, and engraved patterns with deep unevenness are preferred from the viewpoint of decoration. However, when this deep unevenness is formed by pressing, there is a problem that cracks are likely to occur in the L1 inorganic material, and only shallow unevenness can be imparted, and deep unevenness that gives the impression of a carved pattern cannot be formed. Inorganic materials themselves have poor water-shedding and heat-insulating properties, so they have the problem of being limited in where they can be used.

The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and its main purpose is to be able to create deep unevenness resembling a carved pattern on the surface of an inorganic material without causing cracks, and to provide water resistance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a manufacturing method capable of obtaining a useful building board with superior thermal insulation properties.

The present invention will be described in detail below based on embodiments shown in the figures. The method for manufacturing a building board having an uneven surface according to the present invention is as shown in FIG.
2) A transparent synthetic resin film (3) is molded by vacuum forming inside the t-rud (1), and the film (3) is placed in close contact with the bottom of the t-rud fi+.
Pour a liquid inorganic material (4) such as plaster, cement, or hydraulic lath into the seventh layer from above 3).
This is cured to form the above film (3) with inorganic N(6).
Then, foamable synthetic @ nb 161 is injected into the seven-layer tll from above this inorganic layer (6) to foam and harden it, and the inorganic layer (6) is lined with a foam layer (7). ^ After, transparent synthetic resin film (3) and inorganic layer 1
) and the foam layer (7) are taken out from the seventh layer (1). The transparent synthetic resin film (3) is made of vinyl chloride with a thickness of about 0.05 u,
If like polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate
A lJli film is used, and it is vacuum formed in a 7-fold +11 having a concavo-convex pattern (2) on the bottom surface as shown in Fig. 2(a). There is a “J” left on the top of the end of the 5tt-old fi+.
The inorganic material (4) has a film (3;
In order to improve the properties of the film, approximately 20 pieces of water-soluble resin such as vinyl acetate emulsion, ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion, or acrylic emulsion are mixed in, and the film (3) is poured into the soil to create unevenness that matches the unevenness of film +31. form along the surface and flatten the surface.

Isocyanine foam is used as the foamable synthetic resin (6), and after the above-mentioned inorganic material (41) has hardened, it is injected onto the inorganic layer (5), and as shown in FIG. The back sheet (8) is overlapped with the flange (9) that rises from the periphery of the film (3) to close the opening of the t-fold, and the Ik side sheet (8) is covered with the top lid (11). After pressing, this back sheet (8) and the inorganic layer (6)
The inorganic layer (5) is formed by foaming the isocyanate slate between
is lined with a foam layer (7), and at the same time, the back side of the foam layer (7) is covered with a back sheet (8) such as an aluminum sheet, noncombustible paper, or glass cloth.
After curing of step 7), these laminates were taken out from a seventh layer, and the unevenness N on the surface of the inorganic layer (5) was covered with a transparent resin film (3), as shown in FIG. As described above, the present invention vacuum-forms a transparent synthetic Yokomachi film in a t-rud, and forms this film into an uneven pattern on the bottom of the t-rud. In the next state, an inorganic material is poured into the mold from above the film to harden it. After hardening, the surface layer of the inorganic layer can be formed with an uneven pattern that matches the pattern of the mold. The unevenness will be created using a transparent beak fat film, and as a result, a deep uneven pattern can be easily formed on the surface layer of the non-W and quality material, and cracks will not occur when forming unevenness using a conventional press. Deep unevenness resembling a carving pattern can be obtained without any problem, and the above-mentioned film provides water resistance to the uneven surface, which has the advantage that the Wk-free material does not deform due to moisture absorption. Moreover, since the foamable synthetic resin is foamed within the molded inorganic layer, the inorganic layer is
Easy to use with foam layer! It can be hammered, is water resistant and has excellent heat insulation properties, and can be used to create all kinds of building boards with a wide range of applications.
