に係る表面に凹凸を有する建築板の製造方法は、第2図
に示すように、上面が開口し且つ底面に凹凸パターン(
2)ヲ有するt−ルト(1)内で透明合成樹脂フィルム
(3)を真空成形法により成形し、t−ルドfi+の底
面に上記フィルム(3)を密接させた状態でフィルム(
3)の上から七−ルドfil内に石こうやセメントや水
力ラスのような液状の無機質材料(4)を流し込んで、
これを硬化させて上記フィルム(3)に無機質N(6)
を積層し、次いでこの無機質層(6)の上から七−ルド
tll内に発泡性合成@ nb 161 を注入してこ
れを発泡硬化させ、無機質層(6)を発泡層(7)で裏
打ちし^後、透明合成樹脂フィルム(3)と無機質層1
)と発泡層(7)との一体物を七−ルド(1)より取り
出すことt%徴とするものである。透明合成樹脂フィル
ム(3)としては、0.05 u厚程度の塩化ビニル、
ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレートのようなIf

な底面に凹凸パターン(2)を有する七−ルド+11内
で真空成形され、底面の形状に合致した凹凸(lO)が
形成され、両端5tt−ルドfi+の端部上面に残”J

マルジョン、アクリル系エマルジョンなどの水溶性樹脂

収り出し、第1図に示すような、無機質層(5)表面の
凹凸Nが透明m脂フィルム(3)で榎われ、裏面が発泡
層(7)で鼻打ちされた建築板が得られる2゜本発明は
以上のように、透明合成横町フィルムをt−ルド内で真
空成形し、このフィルムを1−ルド底面の凹凸パターン
に密接させ次状態でフィルムの上から七−ルド内に無機
質材料を流し込んでこれを硬化させる窪め、硬化後の無
機質層の表層部KE−ルドの凹凸パターンに合致した凹
凸が形成できると共にこの凹凸が透明嘴脂フィルムで機
われることになり、その結果、無W&質材の表層部に深
い凹凸模様が容易に形成でき、従来のプレスによって凹
凸をつける場合のようなひび割れが発生することがなく
彫刻模様に模した深い凹凸が得られると共に、この凹凸
表面に上記フィルムによる耐水性が付与され、無Wk質
材が吸湿を起こして変形することがないという利点があ
る。しかも、無機質層を成形した四じ七−ルド内で発泡
性合成樹脂を発泡させるものであるから、無機質Ji1
を発泡層で容易Kj!打ちでき、耐水性と共に断熱性に
富み、適用範Hの大きな建築板全作り出すことができる
