Conventionally, the base material of decorative pulp cement boards, which have been used as interior materials such as wall and ceiling materials, is a mixture of asbestos pulp and mineral powders such as cement and serpentine. However, since the resulting molded base material is of course hard, it is not easy to embossing it after the curing period has elapsed; therefore, embossing is carried out in the uncured state of the base material at the beginning of the curing period. Even with this, it is still necessary to press with a strong pressure of 50 kg/cm2 or more, and there is a limit to the embossed patterns that can be made. It is not possible to obtain a pulp cement board that satisfies the diversifying demands for materials.

The method for manufacturing the decorative pulp cement board 1 of the present invention will be explained with reference to an example. The composition is approximately cement in the flow direction of the felt belt of a wet machine (paper machine).5
0% asbestos pulp, 15% asbestos pulp, and about 35% mineral powder such as pearlite and serpentine, wet mixed together. A plurality of mother seed tanks for the upper layer 2 materials, which are mixed with about 50 to 55% of the above mineral powder and wet-mixed in the same manner, are installed in parallel, and the lower layer 3 materials are placed on the belt surface in the same manner as in the case of paper making. A laminated layer with a thickness of 5 mm, for example, consisting of the upper layer 2 is formed and wound up on a winding trough, which is then removed from the drum and formed into a flat plate of a certain size. After that, initial curing is performed for 2 to 4 hours, and the surface That is, the upper layer 2 is embossed in a desired shape (Fig. 1) or convex (Fig. 2) to form a specified size (19.5x39.
5 cm), stack them and store them for 10 days to 1
The substrate is obtained by curing for 4 days, drying, and finishing cutting.

Next, on the embossed surface, that is, the substrate surface, a water-based ethylene-based vinyl acetate resin paint is applied as an undercoat, for example, at 150 g/min.
Apply 300 g/mW of oil-based acrylic resin with a colorant as a topcoat to the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface of the surface, in two separate coats. Then, apply a sealer of approximately 75 g/m2 to the back surface to form a water-resistant and weather-resistant coating film 4 on the surface. The back surface is coated with a water-resistant coating film 5.

Embossing on the substrate in its uncured state in this way results in the upper layer 2 having a lower cement content and therefore being relatively soft compared to the lower layer 3 (i.e. having the same composition as a conventional pulp cement board). Unlike conventional panels, the embossed pattern with a rich three-dimensional effect can be easily obtained. In addition, the upper and lower layers 2 and 3 contain almost equal amounts (15% and 20%) of asbestos pulp as a reinforcing material, so during papermaking, the fibers become intertwined with each other, forming a structure in both layers. 2,
3 is integral, so there is no risk of delamination, so it has sufficient strength to withstand use as an interior material. In addition, the embossed concave 2' convex 2'' portions on the relatively soft upper layer 2 side The front surface is coated with a water-resistant and weather-resistant coating film 4 containing a colorant, and the back surface is coated with a water-resistant coating film 5, which not only provides waterproof and weather-resistant properties, but also combines with the three-dimensional embossed pattern to create extremely colorful colors. Rich hobby decorative cement board 1
is now available.

As shown above, in the decorative cement board for embossing patterns of the present invention, a relatively soft layer that is easy to embossing is laminated, and in combination with the surface decoration, pulp cement boards with a wide variety of embossed patterns can be produced. Now that it can be obtained, its use as an interior material such as wall materials and ceiling materials is extremely effective.
