Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a product which has a high three-dimensional feel and resembles to natural products, by coating the surface of a laminated decorative material contg. an acid or alkali component with paint that induces acceleration or retardation of curing by the effect of both components. CONSTITUTION:A laminated veneer of the construction wherein belt like woody layers and beltlike adhesive layers are juxtaposed alternately is beforehand treated with an acid or alkali in the proper stage such as in the stage of flitching the veneer or after slicing. Such laminated veneer and a raw material veneer are laminated and adhered and are then fabricated to manufacture a laminated decorative material 15. Such decorative material is subjected to a surface treatment with paint 14, such as amino alkyd resin or the like, that is accelerated or retarded in curing by the effect of acids or alkalis straightly or after said material is stuck to a backing material 18 by means of an adhesive agent 17. The concentrated vessel parts 3a of the painted and laminated material obtained in the abovementioned way are expressed in the form of the stripe pattern similar to the pattern of natural products and are formed in the depressed state, thus having a high three-dimensional feel.

A painted laminated decorative material is a laminated decorative material obtained by laminating and bonding a plurality of wood veneers and then slicing the laminated decorative material as it is or by pasting it on a base material and applying a surface coating. For example, a painted laminated decorative material with a wood grain pattern similar to that of ring-hole wood, such as Keyakyana, is used as a veneer to express the central conduit section.

Using materials such as paper, we used wood veneer as a veneer to express parts other than the central conduit section, laminated and bonded, and sliced to create a laminated decorative veneer, which was then adhered to the surface of the base material. Later, it was manufactured by painting the surface. This is shown in FIG. In the figure, l is a coating film, 2 is a laminated decorative veneer, 8 is a concentrated conduit portion thereof, 4 is a portion other than the concentrated conduit portion, 5 is an adhesive layer, and 6 is a base material. This painted laminated decorative material has concentrated conduit portions 8 on its surface and has a wood grain pattern similar to ring-hole wood, but the concentrated conduit portions 3 appear as a single line, making it look like a natural product. The chair has a striped pattern, and the conduit part is not recessed, so it lacks a three-dimensional effect. In other words, a painted decorative material made by pasting a natural zelkova veneer to a base material and painting the surface has a concentrated conduit section consisting of a conduit section 7 and a bare surface section, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, and has a striped surface. Because the pattern is curved and the conduit portion 7 is concave, it has a rich three-dimensional effect. In addition, in FIGS. 2 and 3, 8 is a coating film, 9 is a natural zelkova veneer,
1O is the central conduit part 1, 11 is the adhesive layer, 1
2 is a base material.

In view of these circumstances, the inventor conducted repeated research to see if it was possible to somehow express the concentrated conduit part in a state similar to that of a natural product. As a result, the inventor created a band-shaped veneer containing an acid or alkali component as a veneer for expressing the concentrated conduit part. A laminated decorative material is made using a laminated veneer with a structure in which wood layers and strip-shaped adhesive layers are alternately arranged, and this can be applied as is or attached to a base material.
When the surface is coated with a paint that accelerates or inhibits curing due to acid or alkali, the concentrated conduit part will have a striped pattern similar to natural products, and the conduit part will be recessed, giving it a rich three-dimensional effect. This discovery led to this invention.

That is, the present invention prepares a laminated veneer having a structure in which strip-shaped wood layers containing acid or alkali components and strip-shaped adhesive layers are alternately arranged, prepares a raw material veneer, and combines the laminated veneer with the raw material. A laminated decorative material is created by laminating and bonding veneers and then processing, and after this laminated decorative material is applied as is or is pasted to a base material, the laminated decorative material is treated with a paint that accelerates or inhibits curing with acid or alkali. The gist of this is to paint the surface of the surface.

Acid maku is a laminated veneer with a structure in which belt-shaped wood layers containing alkaline components and belt-shaped adhesive layers are arranged in alternating order. These are obtained by treating with an alkali such as, laminating and bonding multiple veneers using an adhesive to form a flitch, and slicing the flitch at a predetermined angle to the laminated surface. . In addition, as a laminated veneer with the above structure, when a plurality of ordinary veneers are laminated and bonded using an adhesive, a Kj9 flitch is formed, and this flitch is treated with acid or alkali and then sliced. May be used.

The decorative laminated material obtained is not limited to the shape of a veneer, but may be shaped like a root or a column. A plate-like or columnar material may be surface-coated as it is without being attached to a base material to form a coating assembly. Among these, adhesion of the laminated decorative material to the base material and surface coating of the laminated decorative material surface are performed by known methods.

In the painted laminated wood obtained in this way, the concentrated conduit section is expressed by the laminated veneer (the parts other than the concentrated groove conduit section are expressed by the raw material veneer), and the band-like wood layer of the laminated veneer is expressed. The conduit part of the concentrated conduit part is expressed in (the striped adhesive layer represents the skin part), so the concentrated conduit part is expressed in a striped pattern similar to the natural product, and the conduit part of the concentrated conduit part is Only the part of the paint film on top of my pipe is in a concave state due to curing being accelerated or inhibited by the acid or alkali of the pipe constituting material (band-shaped wood layer), so the pipe part has a rich three-dimensional effect. It has become a state.
