Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain accurate deburring of the outside edge and the inside edge of a thin wall pipe end simultaneously along a true circular locus by stretching a successively replaceable abrasive paper on the front surface of a deburring tool provided with a V-shaped circular groove whose bottom diameter is equal to the average diameter of a thin wall pipe to be deburred, and turning it simultaneously with the deburring tool, while pressing said pipe against this paper. CONSTITUTION:An abrasive paper feed roller 5 carrying a roll of an abrasive paper is provided at one side of a deburring tool 2. The abrasive paper 4 is extended over the front surface of the deburring tool 2 and is wound up on a winding roller 6 provided on the other side of the deburring tool 2 so that the abrasive paper is fed successively. The deburring tool 2 is pressed through the abrasive paper 4 against the end of a thin wall pipe 1 and is rotated together with the abrasive paper 4. リ取り作業は、内周のパリ取りと外周のパリ取りとを別

の前面に、順送り使用される可撓性の研磨紙を受治具前
面に摺接する知く張設配置し、上記受治具及び研磨紙を
断面V字状の円周溝の中心軸IIa周りに一体的に回転
させ、この状態下に、薄肉管の管端を円周溝に照合して
両者が一致し得る態勢とし、ここで薄肉管を研磨紙の前
面側から押接し、円周溝の臆面に沿って(Aんだ研磨紙
の摺擦に上り管端面のパリを内外同時に除、□ 夫する点にある。なお、上記研磨紙に代えIjI撓性の
ある研磨布を用いても同効・である。以下、第2図以降
の例示図面に基き詳述する。
