Claims (1)
- 処理液側もしくは熱冷媒側に酸もしくは塩基性の検査液
を加圧状態で封入する管路を、また熱冷媒側もしくは処
理液側に清水を循環する管路を夫々連結して成るプレー
ト式熱交換器に於ける伝熱板の破損検査装置。
