Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an oven which is capable of cooking a substance to be cooked with a uniform heat even in the case of a large capacity chamber formed through the medium of a partition, by a method wherein a hot air outlet and an air inlet are formed in an upper part and a lower part, being positioned facing and opposite to each other, an auxiliary air inlet is formed between the hot air outlet and the air inlet, and the auxiliary air inlet is formed in a size smaller than that of the main air inlet. CONSTITUTION:A hot air outlet 3 is formed in an upper part of a rear wall, a main air inlet 4 in the lower part of the rear wall, and an auxiliary air inlet 5, being smaller than the main air inlet 4, is provided between the hot air outlet 3 and the main air inlet 4. A partition 6, having the same area as a horizontal area of an oven chamber 1, is placed on tray support parts 2 in the vicinity of the auxiliary air inlet 5, and this method forms an independent chamber having a small capacity above the partition 6.
