Abstract

PURPOSE:To make possible highly accurate repairing, by using a mold repairing jig for repairing the enlarged hole of a punch holder of a mold for punching so that the adjacent section of the hole is deformed plastically to be repaired by a circular edge larger than the hole to be repaired. CONSTITUTION:The circular edge 4 of an edged device 1 is larger by about 0.2- 2mm. larger than the diameter of the hole to be repaired. The angle of the outer edge of the tip thereof lies in the range of 40-60 deg. and the angle of the inner edge lies in the range of 30-70 deg.. する垂直保持具■を装着した後、該金型補修治具の棒材
(4)の頂部を打ち込ゐ、次いで該金型補修治具へ及び
垂直保持具■を取りはずしたのち、該補修孔周辺を研摩
仕上げする金型の補修方法であり、補修すべき孔位置を
正確に決定でき、がっ打込み位置を孔より等しい間隔と
して、金型面に垂直に均一にすることが出来るものであ
り、精度の良い孔を仕上げることができるものである。
