Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本体ハウジングの前面において前後動可能に装着され、
    被切削物に対する当接によりその切削厚を任意に設定し
    うる切削原調節板と、 本体ハウジングにおける前記切削原調節板側方に回転可
    能に装着され、前記切削原調節板により設定された切削
    厚にて被切削物を切削するスライスカッタと、 前記本体ハウジングの前面下方において薪畳み可能に装
    着され、被切削物が載置されるプレート受台と、 前記切削原調節板に対応する本体ハウジングに取付けら
    れ、該切削原調節板を任意幅前後動させる調節板移動機
    構と、 前記スライスカッタに対応する本体ハウジングに形成さ
    れた取付部に対し、位置決めされた状態で装着され、該
    スライスカッタを回転駆動させる回転駆動源を内蔵して
    なるハンドミキサ駆動部と、本体ハウジングに取付けら
    れ、前記取付部に対するハンドミキサ駆動部の脱着を可
    能とする着脱機構とからなることを特徴とする食品切削
    装置。
