PURPOSE:To improve the electric noise performance of a DC motor by burying a magnetic metal plate in a bracket, mounting a terminal board on the surface and bringing a terminal passing through the bracket in contact with a magnetic metal plate, thereby facilitating an assembling work. CONSTITUTION:A bracket plate 15 made of a magnetic metal plate is buried in synthetic resin to form an end bracket 11. A terminal board 16 is mounted on the surface of the bracket 11, a brush 20 is secured, a terminal 17 is provided through the bracket 11 from the board 16, and is contacted with the plate 15 via a swelled part 19 formed at the intermediate of the terminal 17. ブラケット中に埋設されている。16はエンドブラケッ
ト11と一体に樹脂モールド成形される刷子用端子板で
、その上面が露出する如くエンドブラケット11の表面
に固着されている。17はエンドブラケット11を貫通
する刷子用端子板16の端子部で、エンドブラケット中
に位置する部分にブラケット板16に設けた貫通孔18
に圧接する膨出部19が一体に設けられている・この際
、圧入しろは20〜100μが適当であり、樹脂モール
ドした後は、端子部付の移動することもなく、常に良好
な状態で端子部付とブラケット板16が接触することに
なる。なお、刷子2oは刷子用端子板Hに位置規制され
た状態で設置され、スポット溶接などにより刷子用端子
