(A) 考案の技術分野
本考案は、小型モータ、特に合成樹脂製モータ
ケースに機械的強度の強い通電用のモータ端子を
固定すると同時に電気的接続を行なう小型モータ

触圧及び接触面積を常時保持するため、ブラシの
板厚を薄くし適度に曲がつた状態で使用される。
このためブラシと同一板厚である通電用のモータ
端子は、機械的に弱く直接に他の機器に接続する
ことが困難であるという問題点があつた。又通電
用のモータ端子は薄板であるため他の機器に接続
するについてもその端子形状に制限を受けるとい

構造から成り立つている。以下に詳細に説明す

た方形の端子孔13を通してモータケース8の内
部から外部へ突出させる。そして固定具18、例
えばリベツトにより、モータ端子12の端子基部
17にもうけられた固定孔21を通してブラシ取
り付け台14に該モータ端子12をブラシ基部1
5とともに固定する。モータ端子12の端子基部
17にもうけられた固定孔21には、第4図に示
すように1端に割り22が入れられ段差20がも
うけられている。この段差20はモータ端子部材
の弾力性を利用してスプリングワツシヤ的なゆる
み止め防止作用を果たすとともに、ブラシ基部1
5に対してエツジによつて切込んで接触して電気
的接続を確実に果たす役割を有している。又、モ
ータ端子12は端子部16の先端から離れるに従
い端子部の幅が階段状に徐々に広がる段部19を
有している。これはモータ端子12の端子部16
を方形の端子孔13を通して合成樹脂製モータケ
ース8の内部から外部に突出させ、第5図に示す
ようにモータケース8の外部でこの段部19を機
械的にかしめ23て、より強固にモータ端子12

が簡単な構造によりかつ安価に達成できる効果が
ある。特に、モータ端子12を合成樹脂製モータ
ケース8の内部および外部から機械的に強固に固
定するため、小型モータを他の機器に直接機械
