In addition, a step of welding the jumper wire 1 to the motor case 2 and a step of soldering the jumper wire 1 to the circuit board 4 are required, which causes a problem that the assembly process becomes complicated. Further, since the jumper wire 1 is a relatively short linear member, there is a problem that it is difficult to handle in the welding and soldering steps.

A flange portion 19a is formed on the cover 19 at a position corresponding to the cutout portion 8a of the motor case 8, and at a position facing the ground terminal 18a formed on the extending portion 16a, the present invention is provided. A protruding portion 19b which is a main portion is formed. This protruding portion 19b is the cover 1
It is formed simultaneously and integrally at the time of molding (press molding) 9, but it is slightly bent toward the lower surface of the cover 19, and there is no difficulty in forming the protrusion 19b.

It is press-fitted into and fixed to, and this fixed state is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. As shown in each drawing, the protruding portion 19b formed on the cover 19 in the attached state is in pressure contact with the ground terminal 18a formed on the extending portion 16a and is electrically connected thereto. On the other hand, the motor case 8
Both the cover 19 and the cover 19 are made of a conductive metal, and the cover 19 is in pressure contact with the motor case 8 so that electrical continuity is established. However, the collar portion 19a is provided on the circuit board 16
Are slightly separated from each other so that the ground terminal 18a and the positive terminal 18b are not short-circuited.

The ground terminal 18a and the lead wire 7 are provided at positions where soldering can be performed simultaneously. Therefore, the motor case 8 and the cover 19 are grounded by being electrically connected to the ground terminal 18a, and the commutator 12 and the brush 1 are connected.
It is possible to reliably prevent leakage of electrical noise generated during the period 3 to the outside. Furthermore, the work process of press-fitting the cover 19 into the motor case 8 is a process that has been conventionally performed. In this press-fitting process, the cover 19 is attached to the motor case 8, and the motor case 8 and the ground terminal 18a of the cover 19 are connected. You can do two tasks at the same time with the connection. As a result, the work process can be simplified.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the protruding portion 19b, the ground terminal 18a, and the lead wire 7 are soldered at the same time. Therefore, even if the protruding portion 19b and the ground terminal 18a are separated from each other when the cover 19 is press-fitted, the ground terminal 18a can be mounted at the time of mounting.
The protrusion 19b and the projection 19b are reliably electrically connected by soldering.
