The positioning may be performed by moving the ship 8A as described above, or by moving the truck 1 with a winch, or vice versa. In order to further facilitate positioning, the positioning may be performed by moving the ship 8A on the sea from the truck 1. It is desirable to set the pole 10 upright.

FIG. 3 shows the case of lifting on solid ground 13. With the fixing device 5 in pressure contact with the bottom of the ship, the winch pulls the bogie 1 to the land side via the lobes 9, and continues pulling the bogie 1. The winch is hoisted so that the wheels 4 of the machine run on the salvaged ground 13.

Figure 4 shows the case of lifting over soft ground 15.
In this case, the fixing device 5 is stored in the truck body 3 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 1, and the roller device 6 is brought into pressure contact with the bottom surface of the vessel 8A as the truck 1 floats.

In this state (FIG. 2), the winch is reeled in and the trolley 1 is pulled through the rope 9 to a position on the soft ground 15 where it can be salvaged.

Thereafter, when the winch is retracted and the ship 8A is pulled, the ship 8A moves on the roller device 6 of the truck 1 and is pulled up.

The reason for doing this is that if the salvaged ground 15 is soft, the running wheels 4 of the trolley 1 will be buried in the ground due to the weight of the ship 8A, making it impossible to run.

The present invention can be carried out as described above, and with such a floating trolley, it is extremely easy to lift up and lower structures between the sea and land, and it is also possible to carry out the work of lifting up and lowering structures between the sea and land. Since it can sufficiently cope with the situation, it becomes possible to carry out lifting and lowering operations not only at docks but also in a wide range of locations.

In addition, since connecting devices with other truck bodies are provided on the front and rear surfaces and both left and right sides of the truck body, a plurality of truck bodies can be connected in the front and rear and left and right directions depending on the size of the ship or the like.
