Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 記録ヘッド部と再生ヘッド部とからなり、各ヘッド部の
    記録媒体との当接面側が磁気コアのギャップ近傍部分を
    露出させて磁気的および電気的な遮蔽効果をもつシール
    ド部材で覆われてなる磁気ヘッドにおいて、上記シール
    ド部材は上記露出部を残して磁気コアの表面部に形成さ
    れた窪み部分に設けられ、該窪み部分は上記ギャップか
    ら上記露出部の上記ギャップに平行な一辺までの距離に
    略等しい深さを有し、上記シールド部材は上記窪み部分
    の略半分の厚さを有し、その表面が耐摩耗性の保護部材
    で覆われていることを特徴とする磁気ヘッド。
