Claims

A refrigeration cycle configured by sequentially connecting a compressor, a condenser, a pressure reducer, and a water cooler, and a chilled water air connected to the water cooler through a switching valve and chilled water piping connected to the water cooler and installed in parallel with the condenser. An air conditioner comprising a cold water cycle equipped with a heat exchanger, characterized in that the fins of the condenser of the refrigeration cycle and the cold water air heat exchanger of the cold water cycle are integrated.
