This paper feed vtw has a conveyor belt 2 connected to the end of the tray 1, a vacuum box 3 disposed below the belt, and a seven-slip plenum 4 disposed above the belt 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the conveyor belt 2 is made up of a plurality of belts 2a stretched between rolls 5, and each belt 28 is provided with a large number of holes 6. In the vacuum box 3, a plurality of elongated holes 7 along a belt 28 are bored in the soil surface 3a of the child, and a corrugation 8 is formed in the center of the -L surface 3a. As shown in FIG. 3, this corrugation 8 is formed to push up the central belt 2a higher than the surface of the other belts 2a.

Open. Then, the blower 10 connects to the inlet duct 1
Air is sucked into the vacuum box 3 through the outlet duct 6, and air is supplied into the nozzle bream 4 through the outlet duct 17. In this way, when the air inside the vacuum box 3 is sucked and the inside of the box becomes negative pressure, the negative pressure acts on the end of the lowest paper 18a through the elongated hole 7 and the hole 6 of the belt 2a. Then, line up the ends of the belts 2a and 2a.

I[1-Transfer to le 154. The paper 1 (3a) transported in this way is further transported to the paper processing area by the take-out L wheel 15.The vacuum relief valve 12 is operated so that the paper M18a is sucked into the bell l-2at, and the - Even when the holes 6 of the belts 2a, 2l are closed, the inlet valve 1-duct 16 is opened by opening the valve.
This allows one minute of air to be supplied into the nozzle bream 4 through the nozzle, and is normally closed at an appropriate pressure. Further, the soresher relief valve 113 is used to keep the D force in the nozzle plenum 4 constant, and by opening the valve, the excess 1f is eliminated.

The -FnQ filter 18 is arranged so that the flow can penetrate sufficiently. However, as shown in FIG. 3, this -l small gate 18 is a bell! -8, it only forms a curved surface with a small curvature, so it cannot form a paper gate with the lowest paper 18a, and it cannot form a 21-minute space with the bottom paper 18a. The first reaction efficiency was poor.

When the paper feeding device starts operating in this state, the negative f1- of the vacuum box 21 reaches J, and the end of the paper 18a at the highest position is sucked by the bells 1 to 2a. Next paper 18a
The center of the end is suctioned by the suction hole 22, and is bent along the corrugated conduit 20, resulting in an enlarged gap between it and the other end 18 located above, as shown in FIG. 23 is formed at 3 degrees, and then jets at the front edge of the paper 18. can do.
