In a conventional liquid flow type textile processing apparatus, when treated fabrics made of various types of fiber materials are used, the retention status of the treated fabrics in the meandering portion varies greatly depending on the type of the fiber materials.

In other words, synthetic fibers such as nylon and polyester have a low specific gravity and a low coefficient of friction, so generally the treated fabric that leaves the transfer pipe tends to float in the liquid in the meandering section and tends to be pushed forward; In addition, in the case of natural fibers such as cotton, the specific gravity is heavy and the coefficient of friction is also large, so that the treated fabric that leaves the transfer pipe generally tends to sink in the liquid within the meandering section and tends to accumulate at the rear. Particularly in the case of the latter type of fibers, when processing at low bath ratios, accidents often occurred where the treated fabric would accumulate in the meandering section and would not move, resulting in the machine becoming unable to operate. In this case, conventionally, various adjustments were made to the bath ratio, pump flow rate, additive chemicals, fabric feeding interval, inclined inner skin of the meandering part, etc., but this was extremely complicated and troublesome.
In addition, there were cases in which the problem could not be solved by making such adjustments alone.
On the other hand, compared to T-1 stainless steel, tetrafluoroethylene sheet has a smaller friction coefficient and superior chemical resistance, so there are examples in Europe where it is used as a lining on the inner wall surface of meandering parts, but it is not a fixed lining. Therefore, depending on the type of fiber material, the sheet may be pushed forward a little, impeding smooth transition. Also, once this fixed lining comes off, relining it will be a difficult task.
Furthermore, the cost is also very high.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to eliminate these drawbacks and enable smooth operation of a wide variety of treated fabrics. A synthetic resin sheet is suspended along the inner wall so that one end of the sheet is a fixed point and the other end is a free end, and the fixed point is made freely releasable.

Based on the above explanation, the present invention can be carried out even if the horizontal type and KU type liquid flow type textile processing equipment wK@ does not have the shape of the casing or treatment tank, whether it is an inclined type, circular type, donut type, or other special type. It will be easy to understand what can be done.

According to this invention, the sheet is fixed at one end and supported in a suspended state, and the other end is set as a free end, so that the treated fabric acts to spread the sheet along the inner wall of the casing, thereby preventing the sheet from becoming dagged. Since this does not occur, smooth transition can be expected, and since the structure is easy to attach and detach, it can be used selectively depending on the type of fabric to be treated, and replacement in case of damage is easy.
