Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　先端に刃面を有する内針と、該内針の後端に取付け
    た内針ハブと、該内針を挿通ずる貫通孔を有し該内針を
    刃面側から挿入した際に該内針の刃先が若干突出した状
    態に収容し先端に外径が先細りとなるカテーテルテーパ
    一部を有する外カテーテルと、該外カテーテルの後端に
    取付けられ前記内針ハブと離脱可能に係合したカテーテ
    ルハブとを備えた留置針において、前記内針は前記刃面
    の近傍に先細りとなる内針テーパ一部を形成したことを
    特徴とする留置針。 ２　前記刃面の幅が前記内針外径の９０％以下である実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の留置針。 ３　前記刃面の幅が前記カテーテルの外径の４０％以上
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の
    留置針。 ４　前記内針テーパ一部のテーパー角が４°ないし１．
    ６°である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項又は
    第３項記載の留置針。 ５　前記内針テーパ一部のテーパー角が８°ないし１０
    °である実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の留置針。 ６　前記内針テーパ二部は截頭円錐形状に設けてなる実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項、第３項、第４項
    又は第５項記載の留置針。 ７　前記内針テーパ一部は断面略半部が刃先方向に漸次
    大きく内方に扁平し残りの断面略半部が半円状である異
    径筒に形成してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第
    ２項、第３項、第４項又は第５項記載の留置針。 ８　前記刃面ば前記内針テーパ一部を斜めに切除してな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項、第３項、第
    ４項、第５項、第６項又は第７項記載の留置針。

    より刃先側に若干延びる小径管部を有して形成し、前記
    刃面は該内針テーパ一部と該小径管部とにかけて斜めに
