Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformly coat the surface of small parts with a liquid substance by a simple structure, by a method wherein a pallet having a liquid substance tank and a filling tank is horizontally moved and a fixing plate having a filling needle fixed thereto is moved upwardly and downwardly. CONSTITUTION:A semi-circular filling recessed parts 20 are provided to a pallet 16 having a liquid substance tank 18 filled with a liquid substance 17 while a fixing plate 30 having filling needles 32 is provided. After the filling needles 32 are immersed in the liquid substance tank 18, the fixing plate 30 is moved to fill the filling recessed parts 20 with the liquid substance 17 while the lower part of small parts is surrounded by the filling recessed parts 20 to coat the same with the liquid substance 17. By this method, the coating of the liquid substance to small parts is automated, subjected to reduction of labor and can be made uniform.

[Scope of Claims] Two plate-like protrusions arranged facing each other with a small component with the terminal facing down, each having a concave portion surrounding the lower side and bottom surface of the small component from two directions on the end surface, and a liquid substance tank for storing a liquid substance to be applied to the small component provided on an end face opposite to the end face having the concave portion of the plate-like protrusion;
A pallet on the table. The liquid material for small parts is capable of being horizontally movable so that the recessed part and the liquid substance tank are positioned directly below a vertically movable filling needle having a pointed lower end and in which the end faces of the plate-shaped protrusion are in contact with each other and are movable up and down. Substance application equipment.
