Conventionally, for example, in the refrigeration cycle of a refrigerator, a so-called bubble pump has been used to change the flow path of the refrigerant. The bubble pump is made by wrapping a cord-shaped heater around a pipe in which liquefied refrigerant accumulates and generating heat, thereby heating the liquid refrigerant to boiling point and pumping the liquid refrigerant into the pipe by raising the bubbles generated by the boiling. However, in the case of , conventionally, due to the heat generation rate per unit length of the cord heater, the nuclear heater was The longer length makes it difficult to handle, making it difficult to assemble. Also, when this cord-shaped heater is wrapped around a pipe, its restoring force, so-called springback, causes the heater to separate from the pipe, making it difficult to secure it securely. There was a problem in that the heat transfer efficiency deteriorated as the temperature increased.

The present invention has been made to solve one problem in the prior art, and in short, provides a method for wrapping a cord-shaped heater that can improve the ease of assembling the cord soft heat to the pipe to be heated and also improve the adhesion. That is what it is.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 will be described.
In the figure, 1 is a cord-shaped heater, in detail, it is made by cutting a heating wire coated with heat-resistant vinyl to the required length, folding it in half, and sticking it together to form a parallel pull. At each end, there is a connection part 2 using heat sea V, etc.
, 2 to which the lead wire 3.3 is connected. The thus-formed cord-shaped wire 1 is then formed into a cylindrical or cylindrical winding form 4 having a diameter equal to or smaller than that of the pipe to be heated, which will be described later.
As shown in FIG. 2, the pipe is wound spirally, heated and cooled to form a spiral winding having a diameter equal to or smaller than that of the pipe to be heated, and then unwound from the winding form 4 to form the pipe. It is wrapped around the heated pipe 5 shown in FIG. It is assumed that the heated pipe 5 wrapped with the cord-shaped heater 1 in this manner is used, for example, as a bubble pump in the refrigeration cycle of a refrigerator, as in the conventional case.

Now, in the case where the cord-shaped heater 1 is spirally wound to have a diameter equal to or smaller than the diameter of the heated pipe 5 and then wound around the heated pipe 5, First, since the long cord-shaped heater 1 can be handled in a small bundle, it is easy to handle and therefore easy to assemble. It does not generate a restoring force as in the conventional case, and therefore, the adhesion can be improved, and the fixation can be ensured, and the heat transfer efficiency can also be improved.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the cord-shaped heater 1 is wound into a spiral shape, and then the necessary parts are cut off. A method is adopted in which the lead wires 3, 3 are connected to one end via the connecting part 2.2, the other end is connected by a connecting part 6 using a heat sear V, etc., and the whole is wound around the heated pipe 5. However, even with this change, the same effect as described above can be obtained.

この他、本発明は上記し且つ図面に示した実施例にのみ

In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, but can be implemented with appropriate changes, especially with respect to the specific usage of the heated pipe, etc., without departing from the gist.

〔発明の効果〕〔Effect of the invention〕

As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, it is possible to improve the ease of assembling the cord-shaped heater to the pipe to be heated, and also to improve the adhesion, ensuring secure fixation and improving heat transfer efficiency. It is highly effective.
