ａ・・・・・・シリンダ１の凹部、２ａ・・間ピストン
２の凸部、４・・・・・・衝撃吸収器、５・・・・・・
弁、１０・・面圧カセンサ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストン端部の凸部とシリンダ側面の凹部によって衝撃
    吸収器を形成し、この衝撃吸収器内の圧力上昇を検知す
    る圧力センサを設け、ピストンがシリンダエンド近くに
    達したとき、ピストンとシリンダ間の圧力上昇を前Δ己
    圧カセンサにより検出し、弁を切換えてドレン回路を閉
    鎖し、ピストン、とシリンダ間に油を閉じ込めバネ機能
    を持たせるように構成したことを特徴とする油圧シリン
    ダ装置。
