Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a setting/hardening agent that is effective when it is added to a cement with which an organic constitutent-containing muddy substance is set, by adding sodium chloride, etc. and cobalt chloride to a cation C14 solution. CONSTITUTION:The titled setting/hardening agent consists of 0.9-10% (by weight, hererinafter % means % by weight) cation C14, 19-20% sodium chloride, 34-35% potassium chloride, 19-20% calcium chloride, 24-25% magnesium chloride and 0.02-0.03% cobalt chloride. This agent may be blended with a cement milk to be used, and by adding the resulting composition to an organic constitutent-containing muddy substance (e.g. sludge), the muddy substance can be effectively set.

Special soils, sludge, etc., as mentioned above, contain large amounts of organic components, so even if cement is attempted to set them, the organic components will prevent the hardening of the cement, making it impossible to set them.

Acrylic ahalite monomers are cohesive but toxic. The C14 cation system, whose toxicity was neutralized and made harmless by polymerizing acrylmite, has a strong property of adsorbing sludge on organic and inorganic materials with a high ratio of ground water, and by mixing it with cement. 9 q% can be adsorbed. By further increasing the stirring speed, it is possible to adsorb ioo. When adsorbed, cement undergoes a water utilization reaction, causing it to float and sink in the water due to its specific gravity, causing organic matter with low specific gravity to float to the surface, causing the soil to sink. In order to harden it, it must be fixed in water. Therefore, in the present invention, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and magnesium chloride are added to advance the ionic reaction (2).Furthermore, cobalt chloride is added (□) to accelerate the reaction and shorten interparticle bonds. The process will proceed smoothly over time, and the sludge will be solidified by the setting power of the cement.

If the present invention is not used and the cement milk is used alone, the cement and mud will separate and become very cloudy, and even if it does set, the strength will be low and there will be a lot of variation.
