Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被加工物に対し工具位置を交流電動機を使用するサーボ
    モータ駆動方式で移動制御するよう構成した送りユニッ
    トにおいて、工具位置の前進端位置を設定するストッパ
    を設け、一方前記サーボモータ制御系に交流電動機の負
    荷トルク検出器を設け、前記負荷トルク検出器によって
    検出される負荷トルクを設定値と比較して負荷トルクが
    設定値以下の場合にサーボモータ制御系の偏差位置制御
    を行うと共に負荷トルクが設定値以上の場合にサーボモ
    ータ制御系のトルク一定制御を行う制御装置を設けるこ
    とを特徴とする送りユニット。
