As shown in detail in FIG. 3, this guide mechanism 6 includes a plate-shaped arm 9 made of, for example, synthetic resin, which is removably fixed to the end holding portion 1 of the float 4 with a bolt 8 and protrudes outward. A cylindrical slider 10 made of, for example, synthetic resin is fixed to the tip of this arm 9 with an adhesive 11, and this slider 10 is accommodated in an inner hole to guide vertical movement, and the arm 9 is configured to move vertically. A guide tube 13 having a vertically elongated slit 12 which is movably penetrated and opened over its entire length is fixed to the side wall 1a of the container body 1 with nails 14 in a vertically elongated manner.

To explain the operation of the device configured as above,
For example, when seawater flows back from the outflow pipe 3 at high tide and the water level A inside the container body 1 rises, the oil adsorption member 5 is raised by the float 4 and is located near the water surface A, and the oil The adsorption member 5 is not moved in the direction of water flow by the guide mechanisms 6, 6, and adsorbs and holds the oil floating on the water surface A at this position.

Conversely, when wastewater flows out from the outflow pipe 3 at low tide, the oil adsorption member 5 moves down together with the float 4 as the water surface A falls, and the oil adsorption member 5 6, it does not move in the direction of water flow, and at this position it adsorbs and holds the oil that has surfaced on the water surface A.

Therefore, oil accumulated on the upstream side of the container body 1 such as a manhole is blocked by the float 4 and the oil adsorption member 5, and is prevented from flowing downstream from the outflow pipe 3.

Incidentally, if the oil adsorption member 5 is periodically taken out from inside the container body 1 and replaced with a new one, the oil can be easily removed together with the oil adsorption member 5.

As explained above, the oil spill prevention device according to the present invention includes a container body having an internal space connected to an inflow side pipe line and an outflow side pipe line and higher than each of these pipe lines, An oil adsorption member arranged to block the flow of liquid from the inflow side pipe to the outflow side pipe and positioned near the liquid surface by the buoyancy of the float, and a guide that guides the vertical movement of this oil adsorption member. Because it is equipped with a mechanism, in places where the water level changes greatly, such as during the ebb and flow of the tide, the oil adsorption member moves up and down from the float as the water surface rises and falls, and moves from the inlet pipe to the outlet pipe. Since it blocks the flow of oil into the canal, it can be applied to areas where the water level changes significantly to effectively separate oil, and if the oil adsorption member is removed from the container body, the oil can be adsorbed. It can be easily removed together with the parts.
