Adjusting the luster of a particular printed pattern (manufactured from scratch, many decorative boards
In this case, it is not preferable to position it on the outermost surface of a decorative board with a printed pattern because it cannot prevent abrasion, peeling, or dissolution due to m-agent stains. For this reason, many decorative boards (
:Obviously, a protective layer is formed by applying a transparent paint to the cosmetic paper board (after applying it for two times). Paint! When applied, the gloss that has been carefully adjusted becomes an inherent gloss determined by the transparent paint C2, which is undesirable. For this reason, the transparent paint application 1
However, attempts have been made to ensure that the pre-adjusted gloss does not change. For example, for matting, the particle size of the matting agent added to the ink (2) is increased, and the transparent paint is coated in the normal amount. Application I: Therefore, it has also been proposed to prevent the unevenness caused by a matting agent from being filled in. However, even in the method of applying a matting agent with a large particle size, such a matting agent with a large particle size can cause a problem in the paint. C2 may settle during storage, or when printing using a gravure plate with a shallow plate depth, C2 cells may not be filled with C2 matting agent, which is also undesirable.

It is characterized in that a pattern corresponding to the material part i2 is formed by printing, and then a transparent paint is applied.

12 of/d can be used. However, the paper-to-paper strength is better if the basis weight is smaller, and the larger the three-dimensional effect (the better), so 30P/ffl'' to 60t/♂ is preferable. A solid printing layer 6 is provided. The purpose of the solid printing layer is to hide the color of the underlying substrate, and to determine the overall color m of the wood grain pattern. The solid printing layer is coated with a vehicle selected in consideration of adhesion to the base sheet 2 (-1) In order to increase the hiding property, a material with good hiding property, such as titanium white, etc. is added in large quantities. Coloring agent for coloring dyes and pigments, plasticizers, stabilizers, surfactants, waxes and greases, desiccants, auxiliary desiccants, hardeners, emulsifiers, thickeners, fillers, dispersants, dissecting and diluting agents It can be provided by a known coating or printing method using a known coating or ink composition obtained by appropriately adding and kneading ethyl cellulose, ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose,
Cellulose derivatives such as cellulose acetate (l-), nitrocellulose, 11-acid cellulose, polystyrene, styrene resins such as poly(a-methylstyrene) and styrene copolymer resins, polymethyl methacrylate, polyethyl methacrylate, polyacrylic acid Single or copolymer resins of acrylic or methacrylic resins, such as ethyl and Budel polyacrylate, rosin, rosin-modified maleic acid resins,
Rosin modified phenolic resin, rosin ester resin such as polymerized rosin, polyvinyl acetate resin, coumaron resin, vinyl toluene resin, vinyl chloride resin, polyester resin,
Polyurethane resin, butyral resin, polyamide resin,
One or more camphor trees are selected from among vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resins and the like. In addition, known coating or printing methods for the above (2) include gravure coating, roll coating, air knife coating, kiss coating, spray coating, flowing coating, dip coating, spinner coating, wheeler coating, brush coating, and wire barcoding. Examples include coating methods such as flow coating, and printing methods such as gravure printing, gravure offset printing, lithographic offset printing, die lithography, and letterpress printing.

C2, which prints and forms the pattern 4 of the spring wood part, is a printing method in which a plate is made by an appropriate method such as extracting the spring wood part from the wood grain pattern using a photographic method, and then printed using a wood part pattern board. The printing methods listed above can be used to form the solid printing layer 5, but among them, gravure printing allows endless plate making.

The material selected in consideration of the material of the permeable base sheet and the adhesiveness of the transparent paint to the vehicle may be used, but the transparent paint may include amino alkyd resin, nitrocellulose resin, polyurethane resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin, and epoxy resin. 1. When using a vehicle such as a modified melamine resin, the vehicle for the ink composition for printing and forming the pattern on the spring material is a cellulose resin such as nitrocellulose cellulose acetate resin or cellulose acetate resin. It is preferable to use , butyral resins, etc. When these resins are used, the permeability of the transparent paint is good, and when creating an ink composition using these resins as a vehicle, it is possible to compare the pigment content of color pigments or extender pigments. In contrast, if the resin content in the entire ink is reduced, even better permeability can be obtained; for example, the pigment content per 100 parts by weight of the ink composition is 20 to 30 parts by weight,
The vehicle content is preferably 10-15% by weight.

The plate is the same as the spring material pattern board (a second plate-made plate can be used, and the printing method is also the same.As for the ink composition with low permeability to the transparent paint, it is possible to use a permeable base sheet and the transparent paint. The vines are selected by taking into account the ease of installation.
If the transparent paint does not penetrate at all, the physical performance of the final decorative board will be insufficient, so it is preferable to use an ink with the same components as the ink used to print and form the pattern on the spring material. However, it is preferable to use an ink containing more vehicle and less pigment than the ink used to print and form the pattern on the spring material.

Gypsum base materials such as pulp cement boards, asbestos cement boards, fiber cement boards such as wood chip cement boards, GRO and concrete, metal foils or sheets of iron, aluminum, copper, etc., composites of each of the above groups, etc. In addition, paperboard, plastic boards, etc. can also be used. Apply C2 adhesive 7 to either or both of the back surface of the decorative V-) or the front surface of the board, and allow an appropriate open time. After settling, press etc. C: Apply more pressure or heat and pressurize and place. The adhesive 7 can be selected from among the permeable base sheet and the substrate material C. For example, when paper such as transparent paper is used and a wood base material is used as the substrate, polyvinyl acetate is used. Emulsion type adhesives such as resins and ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resins are preferably used. The above-described application may be performed before or after applying the transparent paint to the surface of the decorative paper.

As mentioned above, the transparent paint may include amino alkyd resin, nitrocellulose resin, polyurethane resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, etc. In order to prevent vinyl chloride resin, etc., from abrasion, peeling off of the pattern, dissolution by adhesive E, staining, etc., the entire surface of the decorative sheet is coated twice and dried using a known coating method. The coating method is as described above. It is possible to use the coating method mentioned above as a two-phase technique for providing a solid printing layer. When a transparent paint is applied, the pattern 5 of the winter wood part (in the second case, the penetration of the transparent paint) is shown in Figure 3. Since the C2 transparent paint 8 remains on the surface of the pattern 5 of the winter wood part, it is possible to express the unique luster of the paint. It penetrates into the lower part and forms a surface that conforms to the surface shape of the permeable base sheet, the solid printing layer, or the patterned part of the winter material, so it becomes relatively glossy and disappears. The coating amount is preferably 2 to 7 P/- in the dry state.
