PURPOSE:To extremely facilitate insertion and securing of a blow-off grill, by a method wherein, in a mounting structure for blow-off grill of an air conditioner for vehicle, an elastic seal member is mounted to a blow-off opening in a ventilating duct. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 20 engages a blow-off opening part 5 of a defroster duct 1 in a manner to cover the duct, and side edges 21 and 22 are adhered to the upper surface of the defroster duct 1. The seal member 20 is of a laminar material, such as synthetic resin materials, having elasticity, and a slit 23 is provided in a longitudinal direction of a rising edge 5a of a blow-off opening 5 to form two lip parts 24, 24 positioned facing and opposite to each other.
