Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) Detect the phase difference between the occurrence timing of a specific point on the reproduced color burst signal waveform and the transition timing of a predetermined reference signal in a predetermined direction, and generate a time axis error signal of the reproduced signal according to this phase difference.
