Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車用ドアーヒンジに関するもので、一般に
ドアーをボデーに装着する目的でヒンジが使用されてい
るのは周知であるが、現在の自動車の組付ラインの工程
を少くする一手段としてヒンジアッセンブリーとして取
付けるのではなく前記両ヒンジ部材を独立に各ドアー側
及びボデー側に先に取付けて、その後でヒンジピンを挿
入する方法が取られている。

先端にファスナーを装着した状態で前記両ヒンジ部材に
打ち込むと前記ファスナーが一方のヒンジ部材に対して
抜は止め方向に係止する様にしたものである。
