Conventionally, a side door that matches the wavy tile is hung from both ends of the Takito tile main body, which is formed in a chevron shape as a Takito tile, and a chevron-shaped fitting piece is provided protruding from the inner wall surface of the rear end of the Souto tile main body. In addition, there was a type in which an inclined groove for preventing rain leakage was provided on the upper surface of the chevron-shaped fitting piece and the main body of the tile, parallel to the side edges thereof.

However, this kind of Takito tile has an inclined groove part parallel to the side edge to prevent rain leakage on the chevron-shaped inset piece and the upper surface of the Takito tile main body. When using To tiles and stacking them in multiple tiers by connecting other To tiles, when strong winds and rain blow, the roofing soil may flow out from the slanted grooves, causing rainwater to flow into the attic. It was impossible to prevent it with certainty.

In this invention, a connecting edge and paulownia are formed on one end of the main body of the pawn tile, and a concave part and a receiving groove are formed on the back surface of the other side. By sequentially connecting the tiles and stacking them in a predetermined number of tiers, it prevents the stacked tiles from loosening due to vibrations caused by the owner or the area where earthquakes occur, and prevents rainwater from entering through the joints of the connected parts. This relates to a hot roof tile that has good rain protection all the time, and is explained below with reference to a drawing.

Since the fire tile according to the present invention is constructed as described above,
If you want to stack these Hoto tiles in a row in multiple tiers, first install the Hoto tile main body 1 with a side door 18 protruding from the back side.
The roofing soil 9 is piled up on the corpse of the pre-roofed roof tile 14 in parallel with the ridgepole 16, and the connecting edge 2 of the consecutively installed fired tile main body 1 is placed. 6, and at the same time, the paulownia 3 of the connecting edge 2 is also fitted into the receiving groove 7 in the recessed part 6 and connected, and furthermore, the adjacent tile main body 1'
The connecting edge 2' and the paulownia 3' are fitted into the concave part 6 and receiving groove 7 of the previously connected pawn tile main body 1, and connected in the same way, and then the second pawn tile is connected in the same way. Although the To tiles are installed consecutively, from the second stage onwards, the Hot tiles without the Mendo 18 are used.
In the same way as above, the connecting edge 2 and the paulownia 3 are installed in a row while fitting into the concave part 6' and the receiving groove 7' of the adjacent firing tile main body 1 at a different position from the first stage. The tiles are stacked in multiple tiers, and then the crown tiles 13 are connected and placed on the top tier to raise the roof.

As mentioned above, the Soto tile according to the present invention has a connecting edge for draining green leaves with a high ridge side and a low eave side, at one end of the main body of the Hoto tile in the direction of continuous installation, on the top surface of the main body of the Hoto tile. A locking receptacle is protruded from the upper edge of the connecting edge in the connecting direction and has a tip end shaped like a sword point, and a locking receptacle is protruded from the upper ridge side of the connecting edge and has a tip end shaped like a sword point. On the back surface of the other side of the main body, there is a recessed part of approximately the same size and a depth that allows the connecting edge of the adjacent pawn tile main body to be fitted, and a recess in which the handle of the adjacent paved tile main body is fitted into the recessed part. In addition, a ridge for preventing roofing soil from flowing out is provided on the upper surface of the tile main body in the continuous direction so as to match the ridge of the adjacent tile main body. The connecting edge of the main part of the pawn tile with the tile fits into the recess of the main part of the adjacent pawn tile, and the paulownia fits into the receiving groove of the recess. Lower the sides, and
Since the Soto tile is protruded lower than the top surface of the main body and serves as a draining edge, each Hoto tile is firmly connected, making it suitable for roofs in areas where earthquakes occur, such as along railroads or expressways. Even if they are piled up, there is no risk that the Hoto tiles will shift in a short period of time, creating gaps in the joints of the connected parts, allowing rainwater to enter, causing roofing soil to flow out and causing rain leaks. If this Soto tile is used as a pawn tile for walls, even if the tile roofing becomes ugly during the initial stage of construction, and vibrations caused by nailing into the wall during construction, it will not be connected to each other. Since the main body of the Torato tile installed is securely connected, it is possible to prevent leakage or deformation of the stack due to misalignment or loosening of the connecting part of the sho-mata, and the upper surface of the main body of the Tora-to tile is , the ridge to prevent soil from flowing out matches the ridge of the adjacent Hoto tile main body, forming a straight dam, which could not be achieved with conventional Shito tiles. It can reliably prevent roofing soil from flowing out, and has the unique effect of making rain control extremely efficient.

In addition, if a mendo is installed protruding from the back side of the main part of the Takito tile in this invention, the gap formed between the dead part side of the roof tile and the Mōto tile. Since it is possible to close the connecting edge and the recessed part of the container and the receiving groove at the same time, there is no deviation due to vibration, and the rain can be closed well. In addition to preventing the Toto tile section from deforming, the connecting edge only needs to fit into the concave part of the adjacent Toto tile main body during roofing, so it can be done smoothly and quickly without requiring any special skill. Since it can also be installed in series, it has great practical effects as a pawn tile that can be installed and stacked in a reliable and sturdy manner, and is convenient for construction.
