However, in the above system, in order to load the mail items sorted and accumulated in the automatic picking and sorting machine 1 onto the transport conveyor 3 and supplying them to the automatic bundling machine 2, the collecting box 5 of the automatic picking and sorting machine 1 is used. Postal items that have been stacked incorrectly, such as crumbling, when being removed from the stacking box 5, or when being removed from the automatic bundling machine 2.
Since mail items that have collapsed during transportation are fed to the automatic binding machine 2, there may be problems with bundling such as breakage of jammed bundles due to collapsed mail items, etc. This caused problems such as damage to the bundled mail items, significantly impairing the stability and efficiency of the bundling work. In addition, since the amount of accumulated mail conveyed from the automatic pick-up and sorting machine 1 is not necessarily constant, mail with a small amount of accumulated mail may be incorrectly inserted into the automatic bundling machine 2 or bent within the bundling, etc. As a result, the binding work had to be interrupted.

The present invention corrects the collapse of four-piece paper sheets in the process of conveying the stacked paper sheets taken out from the automatic take-out and sorting machine to the automatic binding machine, and also corrects the collapse of paper sheets that could not be completely corrected. By sorting and eliminating leaves, and further detecting the stacking state and stacking amount of stacked paper sheets, automatic bundling machine - \Bunds the stacked paper sheets supplied, and prevents jams at the time of 8 bundles. In addition to solving problems such as poor bundling, the present invention realizes a device that transports rejected paper sheets to a reprocessing process.

In addition, on both sides of the stop position of the f-feeding conveyor 3, a force-feeding conveyor (which can swing while remaining parallel to the plane 911) is installed at a variable predetermined speed via a cam mechanism 11 driven by a motor or the like. A guide plate 7 is provided, and on the exit side of the guide plate 7 portion, a photoelectric switch 12 for detecting protrusion is provided vertically on the side of the conveyor 3.
A photoelectric switch 13 for detecting an accumulation bin is installed at a predetermined position above the loading surface of the conveyor 3 so as to intersect with the conveyor 3.

As explained above, the present invention has a simple structure that prevents the stacked mail pieces from collapsing and becoming irregular in the process of transporting the stacked mail pieces taken out from the mail sorting unit # etc. to the automatic bundling machine. In addition to effectively correcting mail, by sorting and eliminating only mail that cannot be corrected and supplying only normal stacked items and items to the binding machine, troubles such as no-shaming and poor bundling in the binding machine can be eliminated, and further labor is required. By automatically conveying the rejected mail items that were previously sent to the reprocessing process by the rejected conveyor, the efficiency of the mail sorting and bundling system can be improved.
