Abstract

PURPOSE:To save material, enable continuous feeding and reduce manpower by putting the convex part of a work in the concave part of a triangular work having concave bottom part and blanking it leaving connecting parts in the gap. CONSTITUTION:Triangular A-shaped works 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4 having a concave end and convex another end are laid out continuously in the same direction. Connecting parts between the convex part and concave part of A-shaped works arranged longitudinally are left when blanking to enable continuous operation of a press by the connecting parts 10. The connecting parts 10 are removed in the final process.

In order to increase the material FD usage rate, a conventional material collection system has been used in which the top and bottom parts of a triangle are intertwined alternately, as shown in FIG. In such a material extraction process, press working must be performed piece by piece, so-called single-shot processing, and efficiency cannot be expected in press working that involves many steps. Therefore, in the present invention, when the base of a triangular workpiece as described above forms a concave portion, one end of the claw forms a convex portion 1a, and the other end forms a concave portion 1b.

When the workpiece is A-shaped, the material is taken by inserting the convex part 1a of one workpiece into the concave part 1b of another workpiece, as shown in Figure 3, so that the workpieces are continuously arranged in the same direction. I did it like that. As a result, the material utilization rate is increased compared to the conventional method by the amount saved in the part where the workpieces are inserted, and
Work efficiency is greatly improved by making it possible to use a progressive press processing method like a snail, or a method in which multiple consecutive workpieces are sent in one workpiece pitch while multiple processes are performed with one punch. I was able to do that.

This is the state of steps 1.2 and 5.4. In this process, 10 is the connecting part that connects the workpieces, and there is a blank left in the gap between the eight-shaped workpieces lined up around 9, where the convex part enters the concave part. This is the part I did. The provision of this connecting portion 10 enables continuous processing of the workpiece.

As described above, the present invention not only saves materials but also reduces the number of man-hours by progressive processing.

[Claims] A method of sequentially feeding an A-shaped workpiece having a concave portion at one end and a convex portion at the other end as follows. In other words, the convex part of one workpiece is inserted into the concave part of another workpiece to create a continuous material collection area, and the gap between the workpieces in this inserted part is a connection between the workpieces located about 9 times ahead of each other. This connecting portion is removed in the final step.
