Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　地下水を熱源として暖房と冷房を可能とした所謂ヒ
    ートポンプ装置にお（：て、暖房（冷房）モードの際に
    地下水を負荷側熱交換器を経由して加熱水（冷却水）と
    して取水可能とした事を特徴とする暖冷房加熱装置。 ２　請求の範囲第１項において、負荷側熱交換器を含む
    配管系路上に、空調時は負荷変動を吸収する蓄熱槽を設
    け、該蓄熱槽は加熱水（冷却水）供給時の補助貯水タン
    クを兼ねたことを特徴とする暖冷房加熱装置。 ３　請求の範囲第１項において、加熱水（冷却水）取水
    時にも熱源側熱交換器内には空調モード時と略同量の地
    下水が流れるように、熱源水の水系路中に定流量弁を設
    けたことを特徴とする暖冷房加熱装置。 ４　請求の範囲第１項において、水温を感知して装置を
    作動させる妥−ミスタと蓄熱槽を負荷側水サイクル内の
    負荷側熱交換器の入口、出口針にそれぞれ設置しｋこと
    を特徴とする暖冷房加熱装置。
