付けられる基体９と、該基体９に設けられた外爪１１か
ら成るクリップ８；外フランジ１７を有するロッカアウ
タパネル１５；前記外フランジ１７に合致する内フラン
ジ１８を有し、カーペット４をセットさせ、かつ前記ク
リップ８が前記フランジ２に取付けられた際に、前記外
爪１１と対応する位置に凹部２０を形成した肩部１９を
有するロッカインナパネル１６から成ることを特徴とす
